Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to the Big Bear Village and the lake. This gorgeous two-story townhouse with central heating is the perfect mountain getaway with great views of the forest and Snow Summit.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1053+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with trundle. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs with cable along with streaming apps and WiFi. Keep yourself warm sitting by the gas log fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Back patio with slope views. Ski-In Ski-Out steps away from Snow Summit.

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Townhouse close to snow summit

8 minute walk to snow summit. Easy to ski back to but it’s a bit of a hill to climb up in the morning when the snow is icy in the morning so netter to walk but still not far. The home was cozy, nice fireplace. Close to restaurants.
