Loved how the condo had a wagon, chairs, beach umbrella and boogie board for our family to use. They even had a set of beach towels clean and ready to go. Really enjoyed our stay!

Spring break trip

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The location of the resort was also perfect!! We loved all the amenities, especially the hot tubs. It’s right on the beach so sitting on the balcony for coffee in morning was amazing! We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

This property is perfect for family beach time. The condo was a little dark and dated, but the location was very convenient. The king bed in the unit was not very comfortable and had sharp edges that slices your knees when you bump into it. The property managers were very responsive when a small repair was required in the unit. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This was our first time staying at Fort Morgan and coming to Gulf Shores Alabama. We loved it. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We have 2 kids, 4 and 2. The twin beds were great and having such close access to the beach and having a pool onsite was clutch for us. We will definitely be coming back! Also- look into Beach Moms!!! That saved our life!!

everything about this property was amazing! this was our first time to the gulf and I really wanted our experience to be comfortable and memorable. the condo was extremely clean. it had every amenity you could think of and even ones you didn't. the shores were right out our window and literally steps away. the grounds were kept, staff friendly, and overall awesome. we will definitely be back, this place feels like home!

Even though located on the side of the building, the view was great. It was a short walk down the pier to the beach. Plenty of Umbrellas w/chairs to rent. At night, the bed was very comfortable. The response from the lease office was quick when we had questions. No problems arrose during our stay. We do recommend this condo as a Do Over.

Condo Review

I loved the proximity to the beach and ease of booking as well as check in. The unit was well stocked with everything needed for vacation. The only thing that could be added would be beach equipment or at least a beach cart. I did rent a cart with Gulf Coast Rental Co. The decor is nice, would be nice to have darker curtains in bedroom to sleep in if want to. The bed is on the softer side if you like soft beds. I was not happy to see 2 roaches, there is a restaurant in this building so not sure if that is a contributing factor? There was sand still on the floors, nice to have a vacuum provided. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Perfect, Cute and Clean!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It had easy access to the beach ( a walk across the boardwalk), swimming pools on site, a restaurant and bar on site, and not too far from downtown Gulf Shores for the night life. The restaurant's patio faces the gulf if you're wanting the view, which we did enjoy. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed, and more than we expected. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens as far as utensils and items - yes, a blender is included! The beds were comfortable, the couches in the living area were too. It is clean, clean, clean! The balcony is not one of those small ones that you can hardly get a chair on to sit and enjoy the view. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very responsive to our needs. If you're looking for a nicely updated condo, this is the one for you!

On site restaurant was good but pricey. Close Dollar General was used a lot. Furniture and decor was great except bathrooms were outdated. Room was clean on arrival, but twice we saw roaches in the kitchen. This would be the only reason that I would not return to this unit. We parasailed and visited the nearby Track for kids activities. I never spoke to owner. Dealt with on site office when I needed to change stay dates. I don’t know how easy it would have been to contact owners. I booked through Expedia app.

HeyJessica, you never reported and nor called our office on wanting to extend your dates or report any issue. You had received ALL check-in instructions and also includes our direct number to assist you in any way. Extermination services are performed on a monthly basis and we could have had this address if only we knew. All properties are inspected prior to arrival meaning same day inspections, my team would have never let something like that happen. Again, we make sure that everyone has all information needed via email, text messages and also a call from our guest services. The on-site office does not handle reservations. I truly have to discount your review

Reviewer Comments: For the price i would not go back, elevator and hallway smelt like mold, paid replacement key for hot tub never got it, went to office twice the lady waa no help said ahe would contact me after Aqua brought it to her that was tuesday we left saturday with no word, only enough towels for 4 people not 5, condo not to clean when we arrived, cigerette butts on balcony, ice maker didnt work. Weather was great. If your gonna gauge people with the price make sure you have what it takes to offer.

You Can Find Better

This is an aging resort and the management is trying to squeeze the last dollar out of the property. Negative: Nickle and dimed1.You will not be told that beach towels are not provided at the beach resort condo so be sure to bring your own2.There will be no Kleenex so bring your own3.You will get one trash bag for an entire week so bring extra4.Two loads of laundry costs 10 so be prepared for that and it’s not in the unit5.If you have kids under 12 they are not allowed to use the hot tubs, the management company will not tell you that before you book6.Kids under 16 are not allowed to use the workout facilities, you will not be told that before you book7.While we were there, the outdoor hot tub was broken, and it looked like it had been for a long time8.The floor of the condo was covered in sand, I had to sweep every room upon arrival9.The living room rug had not been vacuumed and there was human hair and other grime on it, fortunately there is a vacuum in the unit so you can do the job yourself10.Dana the customer service rep will gaslight you and tell you that your expectations and their lack of communication is your faultPositive: quiet and not crowded1.The building was quiet2.The wifi worked well3.The beach was very nice, lots of space4.Several pools with plenty of chairs5.Restaurant and coffee shop onsite6.Basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courtsThis place is not bad but you can do better, we will not be staying there again.

Scratching my head on this one..... We do not have advertised that we provide beach towels. We do not provide Kleenex,, that's the first to hear of this. As stated in listing description: Guest are provided a starter kit and has listed out what that consist of. Also state in listing description: COIN LAUNDRY Per State Law of hot tubs, we can not change that nor the age limit on exercise rooms. If there was that much sand on the floor, why didn't you call, we would have taken care of that asap. We also take arrival photo's, after reviewing those, NOT TRUE. I will be happy to send those to you. Gaslighting....on what?? Nickle and dime....again On what?? Your entire review is listing out so not sure how more transparent we can be. Sorry that you didn't enjoy you stay but your review holds no merit
