Owner of home unwilling to help with issue. House of was great.

House and location were great. The home has a Pool Child alarm upstairs on the screened in back porch. The device malfunctioned and the alarm went off 5 times in one night. Contacted and heard from Coastal Vacations (Terry) and the representative was extremely helpful. She contacted the homeowner because most homes do not have this device. The homeowners response was "if you operate it correctly there will not be a problem). So long story short, we researched the device and found how to turn it off. Coastal Vacations sent someone out to look at it and it was determined that the sensors were out of alignment. He wasn't sure that he could fix it so we left it unplugged until we left. We did try to turn it back on before we left and the alarm continually went off. While the house was great, we will not stay again due to the owners attitude about the device. But let me say how very helpful Coastal Vacation was even thought they were unfamiliar with the device. and the homeowners.
