Set within the popular Cape Villas development, the villa has a spacious open living area with kitchen, lounge and dining and combines seamlessly with the huge timber deck balcony perfect for evening BBQ's or relaxing with a local wine in hand.

All three bedrooms are large with built in robes and fans and there is reverse cycle Air-conditioning in the main living.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
Green Bins & Recycling Bins are located in the courtyard at the end of the shared driveway for guest use. The centre caretaker will place the bins out for roadside collection on the designated day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
COVID POLICY COVID-19 is considered a known event and a foreseeable risk that you are accepting, therefore our cancellation policy will apply.
All guests must be 21 and over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Groups with one guest over 21 and the rest 18-20 will be declined.

Had absolutely everything we required for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the view over bushland every day in all weather. Walkability to Dunsborough township was great. Close proximity to our favourite beaches - Yallingup, Eagle and Bunker Bay.

Very peaceful place away from hustle and bustle! Just a short stroll into town via a bush path. Supplied with all necessary equipment, which enables light travelling Communication with property was very efficient :) Thank you for a lovely stay!!!
