On the mid-level, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a California king bed, a private bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in closet where the folding cot is stored. Two additional bedrooms—a queen room and a bunk room—share a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on this level for added convenience.



Ascend to the top floor where the heart of the home awaits. This open-concept great room boasts a soaring cathedral ceiling, a warm gas fireplace, and plenty of comfy seating surrounding a large flat-screen TV—perfect for cozy movie nights. Parking is available for up to four vehicles at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.



We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
