Gone Fishin: Beautiful Cottage Overlooking Golf Course, Private Hot Tub

Gone Fishin is located on the water's edge of a beautiful spring-fed lake, on the 13th fairway. The home offers views of Roanoke Sound and is convenient to all the Outer Banks has to offer. This 3-bedroom OBX vacation home in Nags Head features your own private hot tub and expanded upper and lower decks. It is equipped with WiFi, TVs, DVD players, a high chair, an outside shower, and a charcoal grill, making it very family-friendly.

You will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day with your booking. The club is less than a 5-minute drive across the street and amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded ocean access with oceanfront parking, restroom and shower facilities, pickleball court, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. The Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a day of fun in the sun for an entire family or a relaxing getaway for two.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

Location and house were perfect for our getaway

Was a very easy process and loved the location. They house was perfect for us. There was an issue with the washer when we arrived but the company took care of the replacement right away.

House was very accommodating. This house is decorated so cute. Pictures do not do it justice. Beds are all comfy! Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of shopping. Location was great as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The house looks over a small pond in the back - my kids loved watching the ducks and turtles. There is a Food Lion around the corner, and the dunes/beaches are very close. We had a great time! We loved the hot tub. Everything was clean and in great condition, the board games were a big hit. The kitchen was well stocked. It was perfect!
