The Twisted Twig is perfect for couples or small families. Located in the desirable, lower Moonridge area of Big Bear Lake. Modern & stylish single-story cabin.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, TV, blanket ladder, dining table for 4, brick gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Newer pine walls throughout, picturesque windows with natural light and nature views in every room, new wood flooring, carpet in bedrooms, and recess lighting in the living room and kitchen.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, private bath. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, built in microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large Patio Deck for Nights Under the Stars & Trees! Hot tub, patio table & chairs for 6 with an umbrella, picnic table, and propane barbecue. Fenced yard for the kids or pups to play safely. String lights illuminate the yard in the evenings. Boat storage is available.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes and put them away.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Comfortable Cabin in Great Location

The cabin is very convenient to stores and we enjoyed nice walks in the morning in this quiet neighborhood. The backyard is big and fenced in for our dog. We all enjoyed our relaxing and comfortable stay at The Twisted Twig and had a great time. We are regular customers and Big Bear Cool Cabins always provides excellent customer service!

Great location

We have rented The Twisted Twig a few times now, bringing our dog and we really enjoy everything about it. The cabin is nicely decorated with mountain decor. The cabin had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The hot tub was nice to use in the evenings and we also liked the large backyard. The cabin is in a great location, close to grocery stores, etc. My dog and I took walks in the morning down to the Moonridge corridor. The staff at Big Bear Cool Cabins provided excellent customer service, professional and courteous. We enjoyed another great stay and highly recommend!

Such a cute cabin!

We were visiting our son who works on the mountain. This cabin is so cute, our second time here! Love how it's decorated, the red, black and white bear theme is so cute! The high, square dining table is perfect for playing games. The living room seating is comfy, roomy and just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the coffee station with the lighted twisted twig, so cheery! All the amenities were perfect, it was nice to have 2 bags of ice for us! We loved sitting on the cute red chairs on the rustic deck. The only problem was the master bedroom mattress, it needs to be replaced, way old. Other than that, everything was perfect for our mini vacation! The Big Bear Cool Cabin's staff was very professional and helpful. Thanks Jess, Adrienne, and Star M for your prompt and kind text messages.

Twilight Tour @ The Twisted Twig

Our recent stay at Twisted Twig was top notch! The selection for this rental was strictly based off its accessibility (a single level home). Our oldest dog Elwood is 16 & his mobility has become somewhat limited & not able to climb steps any longer. This great home was perfect, as we could access the home from the fenced in backyard, to the single level patio that led him into the home. No step usage or carrying needed for our little old man. House had some great rugs & runners that aided him across the wood floors. Windows everywhere allowed for a constant cross breeze keeping us comfortable. Fans, blankets, dishes/cookware, grill, spa made this feel like home. Totally a great stay & we look forward to returning. The Twisted Twig is the new standard that we will use for our pup trips to Big Bear.
