Sit back & relax in our beautiful coastal home in Mount Martha.
Unwind & relax in this calm, stylish space. High ceilings, light, bright & breezy with beautiful plunge pool (heats to a hot pool (37/38 degrees) to enjoy all year) and gardens to enjoy. Gorgeous wood burning fire makes this even more cosy in winter. Reverse cycle air conditioning & ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay. Just a 5 min drive to Mt Martha village & beaches or a relaxed 25 minute walk via Balcombe Estuary boardwalk, this is the perfect place to embrace all the Peninsula has to offer. Fully fenced for pooches. (I also own a cat so please bear this in mind if you are allergic to traces of cat fur). Registration number STRA0598/21. The layout in this stunning coastal home comprises a generous sized kitchen, featuring brand new Fisher & Paykel appliances and large Caesarstone benchtop overlooking the casual living and dining area with stylish timber floors. The kitchen offers a large 90cm induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

The large lounge room features 3 sofas and generous a 65in Smart TV while the causal living area has two sofas and 55in Smart TV. Access to Netflix, Apple TV and Prime provided.

The house is extremely comfortable in all weather, with reverse cycle air conditioning and heating throughout, and ceiling fans in all living areas.

Your relaxed Mt Martha retreat offers 2 bedrooms downstairs and a master suite situated upstairs. The master bedroom features a King bed and an en suite with shower and toilet. The King and Queen bedrooms downstairs both have wardrobes and bedside tables. They share a gorgeous luxury bathroom and toilet with walk-in shower, soaking bath tub and twin basins.

Kirsty was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions I had. The place felt really homey and was located in an amazing neighbourhood. The house had everything you could need and was super close to the coast as well as shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Peninsula Perfection

My husband and I stayed for 8 days to relax and get to know the area. Our stay was perfection. The house is a gem, we felt immediately relaxed and at home. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog Lucy who loved the backyard for lots of exploring. The home was exactly as advertised and well equipped. The local village is 2.5km away, and we love to walk so the house was a wonderful stroll to the shops. The whole stay was perfection!

The property was pet friendly even having a bed for the dog and bowls. The house has lots of steps so not ideal for people with any disabilities. House was spotlessly clean.Pool is a plunge pool and I had to be in contact with the owner to adjust temperature which is unusual.Lots of books in the house. Would be very cosy in winter.Pleasant walk to beach through park walk. Garden is well maintained and very tranquil.Only problem was alarm went off on the second night and we didn’t have code to turn it off. Did stop after a few minutes and code sent through a few hours later.Enjoyed our break here.

Beautiful house and pool

Loved the house. Bright and airy. Spotlessly clean. The pool was a bonus. Several early morning and evening dips. Comfy beds. Top quality appliances. The small gap in the fence was a little problematic for our dogs as they could see people passing on the footpath, but we adapted. The owner did put up some wire for us. We enjoyednthe area to walk the dogs. Highly recommended.
