About this property

Enter this bright studio with full bath at the Lodge at Lincoln Station to the foyer area, with full bath to your right and large closet on your left. A few steps beyond, a well-appointed small kitchen is along the right wall, flanked by the dining area with seating for four. Beyond this is the large flat-screen TV with window to the deck. Open the slider and step out to that spacious sitting area and enjoy mountain views in winter and lovely shade in summer. Coming back in, on the opposite of the studio find a king bed flanked by 2 twin sleep sofas, making for a comfortable living area.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.

What a great place! Very convenient to walk to dining options. Beautiful river in the back to walk along. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Loved having the little kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodations. Indoor and outdoor pools. Lots to do in the area. If you plan on using the kitchenette, you may want to bring some pans, spices, cooking spray, etc. The pans there were pretty limited. That would be my only criticism. Room was clean and modern. No other complaints.

The owner and/or housekeepers put way too many perfumed plugs and strongly scented items in this very small space. If you have allergies or sensitivity to this I would avoid it.The space has everything you need. The kitchen has everything to make simple meals and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the space was very clean. The little balcony had seating and a view of the parking lot. I personally would not rent this again but for someone looking for a very small “hotel” style studio to rent this would work for you. The price advertised makes it seem like an amazing deal but once you pay all the fees you end up paying the same nightly rate as a hotel that actually has house keeping that you can call and get service from.
