Enjoyed the house and accomodations. Great location for meeting up with family for day trips together. We will look for this property again when back in the area. Thanks
House was good, gravel drive was not good, bed was too soft, there was no yard, the outside was overgrown. The home, itself, met our expectations, the location was not ideal.
We loved the location as it was close to Lake Jocassee, while being secluded. However, the entire house seemed to have mold on the walls and ceilings and there were a lot of cobwebs and dust. The house needs a deep clean and air circulation when it’s empty. The ceiling on the back porch needs to be fixed too. We still enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful time.

Hi Kimberly, we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the location—offering both proximity to the lake and a sense of seclusion. We’ve been actively working to address your concerns and truly appreciate your feedback. Thank you for choosing to stay with us; we look forward to exceeding your expectations on your next visit!
House was as described and very clean. It had everything that we needed. Easy check-in/out. Lots of hiking nearby but need to drive a ways to go out to dinner (nothing "right around the corner"). If you are looking for a quiet getaway to just relax and maybe do some hiking, this is perfect. Only wish the description included that there is a steep, gravel road to get to the home as we would have taken a different car. Our minivan made it up the hill but would have preferred having the older SUV instead.
