Large bedroom with queen size bed and separate large open lounge tv room adjoining with beautiful bathroom. We can also offer a second lovely bedroom with queen bed if required for an extra $150 per night . This must be ordered on request
Bedroom 1 Opens to a lovely balcony and courtyard filled with palm trees šŸŒ“ and plants.
Separate basic kitchenette with Airfyer, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils etc.

Please note this is front section of a beautiful manly home - completely secure, private entry, and quiet.

Given this is a quiet neighbourhood we do not allow additional visitors other than those renting / staying at the property. No loud noise or music or gatherings is allowed

Michael was lovely. Attention to detail is required with the cleaning. Kitchen bin lid was dirty. Bathroom bin hadnā€™t been emptied since previous visitors.Booking was made for two bedrooms, as was advertised. There was only 1 bedroom!!Tv was hopeless.A standard/ceiling fan was required in the lounge room

I am so impressed, this accommodation is fantastic, the owner was fantastic to deal with, their place felt like being in Byron Bay. I will definitely recommend it to ally my friends and colleagues and I will be back for sure

Loved our stay. Nice and quiet. Maybe upgrade to having a washing machine and dryer available plus a hair dryer, particularly for six day stays. We will stay here again on our next visit. Would be very handy to have cooking facilities in kitchen.

The place is ideally located, walking distance from the beach and some nice restaurants! Michael has been fantastic and is very easy to communicate with! Could not recommend the place enough and would definitely stay there again if we're visiting Manly

Had a wonderful stay here. Beautifully furnished and super clean. The location, a few minutes walk from the beach, was ideal. Effective communication with the owner. We only stayed 2 nights but for a longer stay a cooker would be useful.

The location was nice but we had many surprises. We booked for two persons and expected two rooms. Assuming it was a mistake, I have to pay for two extra nights. There was only one heater for the heating the whole accommodation. I will advise to consider renting in summer or bring some socks. It was rainy and some rain was coming through the roof in one of the bedroom, just next to the electrical plug, next to the bedroom door. The kitchen ustensiles are limited. This is fine if you plan to heat outside. As for the insulation, tou can hear residents upstairs moving and talking distinctly. So make sure to bring some hear plugs. Overall, while the place is location is nice, I would not return to this place. A room in a nearby hotel would be better.

LOVELY & COZY

Very quiet neighborhood, with a nice open entrance place where you can relax or share your meal even on rainy days. Large bedroom with great windows and good cool ventilation. Nice comfortable sitting place with table., chairs and big sofa. (large TV screen). Good kitchen but no cooking possibility. ( only microwave - combination). Nice bathroom and clean toilet. We certainly could live here ourself. We stayed here two full weeks, and I would have stayed here for ever. šŸ˜ŠšŸ’ššŸ˜‰ VERY FRIENDLY OWNERS !!!! Greetings

Beautiful but basic

Positives first - gorgeous house, great space and awesome location. Comfy couch and great linen! However, the amenities are pretty basic. We came for a week for a wedding and to discover there was no iron or hairdryer was a bit of last minute curve ball - maybe my fault for not reading the listed amenities, but it's been a long time since I stayed in a place without these basic offerings. Also, even though there was a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen area, they were taped closed and we were told these were not for the use of the guests so we had to schlepp our dirty clothes to a friends house to do a load of washing while we had dinner. Not ideal ;-/ We also only had 2 (mismatched) bath towels - not really enough for 2 people for a 6 day stay; and no swimming towels at all, which is strange given the proximity to the ocean! Unfortunately, even though apparently the cleaners came before we arrived, there was no real evidence of this, the place was definitely not sparkling clean! Overall a pleasant stay because of it's location and it being a beautiful house, but it was definitely lacking in the usual offerings of other places we have stayed.

Absolutely an oasis! Private residence on a quiet street. Our host was attentive and responsive to our needs. Apt is close to the Corso ( about a 10 minute walk ). No A/C but the fans did the trick! Loved it and would be a repeat guest.

Great location and lovely front verandah

We enjoyed our stay in the front section of this large well-furnished house. We spent a lot of time just chilling on the comfy chairs on the front verandah, enjoying the mosquito-free garden full of palms. Kitchen facilities are very basic - designed for people who plan to eat out most of the time. Slightly awkward hearing noise from the other parts of the house and neighbours, but a really nice place to be based to explore the northern beaches.
