Just Chillin' Two Condo is a premium condo on the 9th floor with a fabulous view of the BEACH! The condo has been recently updated with lots of new furnishings condo filled with lively oil paintings from the owner.
The Condo Includes:
-Spacious Living Room queen size sofa sleeper, 42" Flat Screen TV.
- Full Mirror wall to enhance the beautiful view of the beach.
-New Dining Room Furniture.
-Master Bedroom- King Bed, Private Bathroom, a 28" Flat Screen TV.
- Built-in Bunk Beds
-Updated Kitchen is fully equipped.
Plenty of room for 6 people!

Spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar! Tired after a long day on the beach? Grab a pizza or burger in the Market Cafe'. Relax in the hot tub while your kids are in the arcade.
Arrival is a breeze. NO CHECK IN! Go right to the elevator and to your condo! Don't worry about losing a key. We have electronic locks with your very own code! Just walk in, throw on your bathing suit, and head to the beautiful white sugar beach!
The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near every restaurant imaginable. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley, and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep-sea fishing is right up the street!
NOTE: Not included in rates - taxes and cleaning. Due to Resort policy, we cannot rent to any guests under 25 years or under.

Why they chose this property
This property is centrally located near the marina, fun family activities, shopping, water park, miniature golf and movie theater. Love having so many restaurants so close. Our favorites are Crab Trap, The Back Porch, A J's, Pompano Joe's and McGuire's. A must is getting fresh shrimp at one of the seafood shops nearby.
What makes this property unique
The views from this condo is spectacular. We fell in love with it the moment we walked in the condo. I am filling our "home away from home" with my personal art work/oil paintings. We want our place to give your the fun and whimsy vibes that we all need to just relax and have a great vacation! Life is Best at the Beach!
