Sabine's Place is located in Brownlow minutes away from Kingscote on beachfront.
Across the road from Sabine’s Place, you come to a path - left, this leads around the coast into Kingscote - walking or cycling. Alternatively cross the path and you come to the beach.
Walk along the path into Kingscote. On the way you pass coastal vegetation and views along the shore. You reach the Sailing Club beach and then to tidal swimming pool (great place for children and families to swim) where you can fish off the rocks.
Continue your walk along the Esplanade with beautiful views over the Nepean Bay and Kingscote jetty (a good spot to catch whiting).

Sabine’s Place was spotlless when we arrived, very throughly cleaned. The place is well equipped with everything you need and we loved the styling, it’s very cosy and has a fantastic feel. Sabine was contactable during our stay and very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend.

We (6 of us) had a great stay at Sabine's place - "Everything you need - Nothing you don't need". The place is spacious and accommodating and all the facilities are top notch, even for the advanced cook. The ducted AC makes it confortable on even the hot days.Just a skip across the (not busy) road in front and you're on the beach and if you want Whiting for dinner, drop a line right there. Possible improvements? Hard to think of any, maybe a butler would have been nice.

Excellent location

The house is spacious and well equipped. It has a fully enclosed yard which was perfect for my two dogs. The location is central to shops and beach. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodated changes I needed at short notice.

We were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend for anyone to stay here. The dog loved it! Big back yard for her to run around in. There was an echidna in the backyard and the beach across the road. Great location. Perfect!

The property was not quite what we expected unfortunately, whist I appreciate that the property is on an unsealed road, we had a number of disappointments with the overall presentation. The gardens were not as shown, the second bathroom is a very poor laundry conversion, the aircon was substandard and the curtains need a good wash.the stove elements was rusty and all the little things were missed like providing toiletries.

Hi Thea, Yes we are on unsealed road, most roads except for Main roads are unsealed. We are in drought at moment on KI, so gardens and yard are not as green when photos taken The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditiong throughout. We do not supply mini toiletries as KI is environmentally friendly and extra waste is not nessary. The curtains are only 18 months old as are new when we started holiday rental-

Great location, close to beach

Property was great, comfortable with great location close to Kingscote and points of interest. Property was in process of being renovated but was still very liveable. Would return in future when renos have been completed. Thanks for letting us stay with our little dog. We would recommend this property to friends and family especially if traveling with dogs
