Would definitely stay again! Very clean, easy check in, and a great space for 20 friends. The living room mattress worked out great, too! And the fire pit was a great area for all of us to spend time together.

Great stay for large group

A great stay for a large group with stocked kitchens. Ovens did not heat food as quickly as we would have liked but other than that everything was fabulous!

With a multi-generational family, it is hard to find a location that has something for everyone. This was the prefect site for our family. It was especially nice to meet in the patio next to the condos.

Very nice complex! We rented the entire 4plex for the bridal party for a wedding. Perfect place for a large group, but you still get your own privacy.

Great property for large family

This was great for our large family with several children to stay at. We all had our space, but there was enough room outside for the cousins to all play together. Everything was stocked well!

Happy. Everything perfect, clean, enough space for family to enjoy. Thank you.

We travel to Colorado for my daughter’s wedding. This property was perfect for the family to stay together and enjoy our free time around the fire pit. Love the cleanest, the access to the property and the quick response from the host to my questions. I’m happy with my choice.

Family Gathering 2024

We were all very pleased with the 4 units we rented for the weekend. The units were clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen were fully stocked with dishes, mugs, coffee maker and all the appliances you may need to cook your meals. Plenty of space for each of our families. It was like home away from home. Thank you so much for making our family gathering possible.

Great setup for multiple families

We had 4 families traveling together so this set up worked great for us. The units are super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The only minor critique would be location, it is not very convenient to shopping or nicer restaurants. It is in an older part of town and near a family homeless center, but we had zero issues with the neighborhood and never felt unsafe. Overall the stay was great, if you are just using it as a home base to go see the area it does the trick.

Perfect place for multiple family getaway!

We rented this unit along with 3 other families to enjoy spring break with our kids! We’re all biking families so enjoyed being close to the amazing trails the area had to offer. Units were perfect and stocked intentionally and perfectly with all your needs. Fire pit and s’more makings provided were a big hit! We’ll be back! Had to communicate with property manager about a couple of things and the response time was immediate. 5 out of 5 stars!

The place was great. We rented all the units for our family. Very clean and the host supplied with lots of extras. No negativity, just would have liked to had more ice trays since none of the ice makers worked, not a big deal though.
