This charming four bedroom, two full bath beach house is ideally located between Dewey and Rehoboth Beach. Park your cars in the abundant parking area and let them stay there while you walk to everything this resort area has to offer.
Once your beach cart is loaded for a sun-filled day at the beach, be sure to stop at Fifer's Farm Market Café for coffee or sandwiches before walking the two blocks to the ocean; or you may prefer to walk the three blocks back to Rehoboth Bay for crabbing and fishing, and watching the wind surfers.
After your day in the sun and waves, easily rinse off the salt and sand in the oversized outdoor shower and relax on the patio or unwind on the hammock in the secluded backyard under the shade of the large tree.
It's an easy walk to the restaurants, events, and nightlife in Dewey; or ride your bikes through the quiet streets past Silver Lake into Rehoboth for dinner, amusement rides, or stroll the boardwalk. The Jolly Trolley is always an option with a pick-up location only one block away.
If you choose to stay in, the air-conditioned house has all the amenities needed to ensure your vacation stay is perfect. There's a well-stocked kitchen, a living room with oversized couches you can sink into and watch your favorite TV shows and movies on the 52" HDTV with expanded cable channels, and Wi-Fi internet to stay connected while you're away. You may want to enjoy some outside evening time on the patio where there's a privacy fence, string lights, and plenty of seating. Tucked away off the kitchen you'll find a full sized front-loading washer and dryer and a mini fridge to accommodate that extra space always needed for drinks and water.
At the rear of the house is a master bedroom with a king bed and ample closet space, while the other rear bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, a twin-on-twin bunk bed and a twin on full bunk bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a full bed. The bedrooms will provide sleeping space for up to 12 people.
