But that's if you can peel yourself away from the decked terrace and picturesque tranquility towards the backside of the house. Ascend the stairway to your secluded haven with 2 outdoor balcony areas, complete with a BBQ Grill, create the ultimate spot for morning coffees and sunrise stretches in the crisp canyon air.
Outside your little hilltop oasis, you’ll find yourself at the very heart of the Hollywood Hills, a stone’s throw away from Hollywood Boulevard. Plus walking distance is the Magic Castle and the iconic Yamashiro Hollywood restaurant, a sushi & Cal-Asian fare served amid gardens & a koi pond overlooking the city.
THIS PROPERTY IS ABOUT 18.4 MILES DRIVE TO SOFI STADIUM AND 16 MINUTES WALK TO METRO RAIL STATION AT HOLLYWOOD HIGHLAND.

We also provide 1 parking permit pass for overnight parking, be mindful of parking signs. Residential street parking available. No RV's, trailers or hitches permitted. Hollywood Hills roads are very well known to be narrow and windy.
Please note we have security camera's throughout the perimeter of the property for the safety of the home.

Luggage drop-off is permitted inside garage #3. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any personal belongings left in this area as garage is not locked. Guest must be pre-approved or pre-arranged first before doing this.
HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo IDs will be required from all Adult guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact head counts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Great host and a very nice place to stay in. Excellent location with amazing views.
Excellent location. Amazing views. All as advertised consitent with our experience. Comfortable beds, clean linens, quality bath, showers, appliances, etc. Easy to work and communicate with host. Close walk to the Hollywood Blvd and the Hollywood Bowl. We were unaware that there was an apartment above us and experienced some noise after 10 the first night but after communicating with the owner didn't have any other issues.

Los Angeles Visit and Hollywood Bowl Siw
This venue was perfect! It provides spectacular views of Los Angeles and it allows you to easily walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. And a wonderful Japanese restaurant (Yamashiro Hollywood) was only 200 feet from the house. We had a great time. I will be back with my wife and kids! Thanks very very much!!

Our group of four attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We walked there and back. So easy! Uber/Lyft an easy option to other attractions. Beds comfortable, view fantastic, good WiFi. Bring your own coffee and laundry detergent if needed, but plenty of other basic amenities.

We loved this home !!!!
When we arrived, we were beyond pleased with the home and the views. The pictures online do not do this place justice. We had an amazing time and plenty of room for our family. We were all blown away with how beautiful and spacious this home was, being able to experience Hollywood and all the areas surrounding this home was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Los Angeles.
Very happy with this condo and it has easy access to a number of very popular Hollywood area attractions.

Wonderful accommodations and incredible views! We had a great time enjoying the balcony for sunrise breakfasts and evening relaxing after a busy day. Lilly was a great host and communication was great! Beautiful place and space for all of us to relax. Would recommend this to anyone!

I would highly recommend this home. Very spacious, well maintained. The views were stunning from both balconies. The 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were great, as well as the full size washer & dryer. Communication was always quick if we had a question.
