This 1,592 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, premium wi-fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area and washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for four or at the outdoor table with seats for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 248 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor living room to enjoy with family or friends. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on either the sofa or two chair to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom features the largest master bedrooms of all the residences and has a king bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home either a short or extended stay. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second has a queen sized bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space. The second bath has a single vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

- The minimum age for all guests staying in our residences is 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent.
- A $250 incidental/security deposit will be required at time of check-in
- You’re welcome to check-in any time at the Front Desk after 4:00 pm. The front desk hours are 7am to 11pm
- Covered garage and uncovered parking options are available for registered guests $24 plus tax per night. One vehicle per room. Visitor parking or additional vehicle parking is also available for $24 plus tax per night in our overflow parking lot across the street.
