Villa Namaste’s sea deck and pool area are unequaled in the Caribbean and St Maarten - well known for world-class yachting – yet the villa suffers NO bumpy seas - so it might well be ideal for people who put up with the latter – in order to enjoy the former..!

Villa Namaste is tastefully decorated with a modern 'beach feel', over-sized windows, palm trees and an infinity pool that blends directly in with the ocean.

We draw inspiration from the islands’ natural beauty and culture, utilizing only the necessary elements in this unsurpassed and unique location. Using naturally rustic materials and patterns in a modern way allows the beach house to exude sophistication without feeling ostentatious.

Features include a chique ultra modern European state of the art kitchen and oversized chefs cooking island, wood grained floor tiles, marble in bathrooms, tasteful international art collection that compliments the decor, fully covered pool deck, 2 over-sized concrete tanning benches, outdoor showers, coral stone columns and modern features throughout.

All 3 air conditioned bedrooms are en-suite with an additional outside shower under the palm trees and stars.

On the odd occasion or if you are lucky (or very patient) you will see dolphins from the pool deck !

The view was amazing! The pool was very nice for a small group. Well stocked kitchen and convenient location. The biggest downfall was that it was advertised as air conditioned but actually only the bedrooms are, not the other areas. I realize this is common in the Caribbean but it should be advertised that way.

The ladies(Olivia et al) were great . Place was clean and well maintained. Well equipped. Good location to get into town and not far from anything. St Maartens requires some work and a sense of adventure. The place is in a good area. You can tell it’s been impacted by the hurricanes over the years. Had a great time.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront VRBO in St Maarten! The location couldn’t have been better-steps from the ocean with an incredible infinity pool that we used constantly, both to cool off during the day and for unforgettable sunset photo ops (a huge hit with my teenage daughters).The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, beds were comfortable, the bedroom A/C units kept things perfectly cool at night, and the large living room fan made the space feel fresh and breezy even in the heat of the day.We also appreciated the warm welcome from the housekeeper, who showed us around and kept everything in great shape throughout our stay. We rented a car and explored all over the island, and every single meal we had was absolutely delicious.We’ve already shared this property with several friends and would absolutely recommend staying here. We would love to come back!

Amazing accommodations with all the amenities and the most amazing view!

This home was so spectacular we didn't even need or want to venture out and about on a few of our days there. Best view and the pool overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. We loved our stay at Villa Namaste!

Thanks for taking care of our beachouse and looking after and sharing our piece of paradise. Only when you arrive at the magical Villa Namaste does one realize that you "dont have to leave" . The villa is located right on the ocean facing sunset with a breathtaking view of the ocean. You cant get closer to the aqua waters and the fresh breeze is invigorating ! We look forward to your next trip back ! The infinity pool with submerged benches is a unique feature that we designed for optimal guest relaxation and a perfect view !!

We had a lovely week in paradise! Tamisha was waiting for us with a warm welcome and provided a tour of the property. The views from the infinity pool are just amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Several things, however, could have been improved upon. The house is showing its age and could definitely benefit from a refresh. There's crumbling paint, a drip in one of the bathrooms, the pillows and towels are mismatched and very old, one of our sheets was ripped. The kitchen seems well stocked but could use a larger frying pan and more bowls. It would be helpful to have a spare propane tank as it ran out after 2 meals. We were told the pool would be tended to twice during our stay, but he only came on our last day at the end of the day so we received no benefit from his service and the pool did get quite dirty. We were told we'd have a maid twice, but she showed up midweek and asked what we needed from her and didn't seem to want to do anything. Because we weren't sure what she was supposed to do, we told her we didn't need anything. It was very awkward. As she left, she said "you don't need me again, do you?" None of these things would make us change our mind about St. Maartin or the house but they definitely made us feel like we didn't get what we paid for.

The "birds nest" private rooftop add an additional dimension to the experience especially when there is a large group. It provides fantastic views of the Caribbean and sunsets and has completely private acces via the master bedroom The palm trees on the "zenazium" provide the authentic Caribbean feel. We sip coffee up there and do yoga in the mornings and it is truly spectacular. We look forward to hosting you again !

Great house on Ocean Front

We loved this house with the sound of the waves and the ocean front view. Pool was great and was a wonderful place to hang out. The house is Close to many things but still feels very private. House was clean and had everything we needed to cook most our meals.

Amazing Vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time at Namaste. You could not beat the view. Our family enjoyed relaxing by the pool, snorkeling/walking in front of the property and gazing at the yacht's anchored not far from our location. I would highly recommend Namaste.

Perfect paradise!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and relax in St. Maarten. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves and perfect views of the ocean, a few steps away from the beach, and all the comforts and accommodations you need. The unit is gorgeous, immaculate and well maintained. Would absolutely recommend and stay again upon my return there. We thoroughly enjoyed!

Excellent home, well kept plenty of room. kitchen , appliances, are all up- to date and fabulous. Patio and pool are so relaxing. Olive is great, all her recommendations are spot on, close to the all the bars and restaurants. Perfect for group trip, a few couples or a family.

Amazing view

Had the opportunity to stay in Villa Namaste and the views were incredible! The owner was very responsive and we were met at the property by the property manager and the house cleaner. The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. The infinity pool and private lanai made it very hard to leave! Would recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary and this place is amazing. The views are truly spectacular. It was everything and more. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and private. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the crashing waves. It was so peaceful and the perfect place to reconnect. We highly recommend this place. House was very clean and Tamisha was very attentive to all of our needs. We didn’t want to leave! Namaste all day! We will be back.

We designed this villa to capture the feeling of both indoor and outdoor living right on the ocean. Natural breezes (called trade !winds) pass through the covered patio into the living room
