With an ideal waterfront setting, this modern three bedroom home backs right onto the Forster Keys, with its own personal jetty to enjoy the lake. This beautiful home provides fresh linen for all of the beds, Wi-Fi to relax whilst streaming your tv shows, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. Modern furniture and a large screen TV with a Polk sound bar may be the centre of this home, or enjoy the sunroom with the views of the river.

The personal jetty can be used to moor your own boat with a considerable depth into the estuary after launching your boat at the nearby boat launch at Elizabeth Parade. You can drive your boat around to tie it up on the mooring at the property or make use of the provided kayak if your feeling adventurous. The garage and slipway are not accessible.

This property has external facing cameras.
