ELEVATOR reaches every floor (from the ground level to the loft) which is great for those individuals that have trouble with stairs! Once on main level there are no stairs in the unit itself to access all the bedrooms. Great for handicap and elderly.

With parking at a premium in this ideal location, we offer off street parking for 3 vehicles including one parking spot in the garage. Once you arrive, all you need to do is just park your car and enjoy the benefits that the city has to offer… you will not need your car it until you are ready to leave. Great home for large groups!

This was the third year my friends (11!) and I gathered at 822 Wesley in Ocean City. The home is great for groups like ours with plenty of bedrooms and five bathrooms! It has always been clean, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in, and the front porch is lovely morning, noon, or night. Wendy, the owner, was responsive to our questions and easy to work with to rent the property. The location was perfect for easy walks to the beach, the boardwalk, the grocery, and the shops in town.

Our family had so much fun. This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we will be back for sure! So many memories were made and we will cherish them for years to come. We were so close to the beach and boardwalk, it made life easy. There is an elevator which made unpacking and packing up a breeze. Everything you need for cooking a fabulous meal is provided so you save money by not eating out all the time. Beach gear is provided so you do not need to pack your car with that stuff! The only down side is no beach tags but for a week you can purchase one for $25. Again we had an amazing time and will be back for sure! Thanks Wendy for being a tremendous host.

Just over 20 family & friends stayed in one place, just two blocks from boardwalk. House needed some attention and fixes, and our host was responsive to our needs. I suggest bringing your own beach cart that can handle sand. Bring your own pillows. And know that you are sharing the house with another unit! My young kids liked to run down the halls, and the pounding was not a sound the neighbors below us enjoyed. Some other great stuff: extra fridge in basement; 10 beach tags came with house; beach toys provided; elevator was awesome for groceries! The alley between houses was great for scooter practice for 2-year-olds. Happy the garage was clean and that there was an outdoor shower to clean off sand. Was a week's vacation worth taking. P.S. Shared grill between houses, so prepare to coordinate with other guests!

What an amazing experience

The house was absolutely perfect. It was just right and it accommodated my family size. The house looked just like the pics listed. Not far from board work and other activities. I cannot wait to go back to visit I'm hoping I can stay in this house again or something extremely similar. Oh and Wendy the owner/ contact person was very nice and helpful. She was always reachable and responds quickly if you need anything. I definitely rate my overall stay here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Met all our needs

Wendy was just wonderful to deal with! Very accommodating! The house was very clean and I loved the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room. The third floor loft was great for all my grandchildren to have their own space and it kept the noise level down!! The front porch was very relaxing. Everything that we needed for the kitchen was provided. All we had to do is buy food. Same thing with the beach supplies. All the beach chairs and tags and play toys were all in the garage for our use.I would recommend this rental place for any large family. It worked out very well for us.

Our extended family, including two toddlers, had an amazing vacation in this well-appointed, clean, and beautiful home. It seems like every detail has been considered including kitchen tools that make at-home cooking a breeze. The lay-out is fabulous - we had our kids and grandkids stay on one floor while we created our own haven on the top floor. There are multiple decks that make outside space comfortable in every part of the day and evening. The location is just super - a few blocks from the beach and the best part of the boardwalk close by. We have our fingers crossed for a return visit. Thank you, Wendy. Fabulous place and great host!

What a wonderful home in a perfect and convenient location and a terrific host in owner Wendy Reilly. Immaculate and well tended. We spent 8 days with family and friends--4 generations--not all at the same time, but coming and going. The elevator was a godsend for my 93 year old dad and for toting luggage, linens, and groceries up easily. The millennials and grandkids used the stairs. The set up of rooms was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on our floor and the huge upper floor with a full bath, 3 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, plus a twin bedroom and a large lounge area with a big TV and additional sofa. We handed that space over to the 20-somethings among us who loved lounging up there, playing games on the TV, and sitting on the decks. The living area on our floor was spacious enough to accommodate all of us when we wanted to dine together or when we watched the Indy 500 race on the super-size TV in the living room. We loved the covered porch deck with wicker furniture leading out from the living room and enjoyed it even when evening rains came. We also enjoyed the back deck off the 2 master suites (king beds!). The kitchen is well equipped and the frig is very large, which we appreciated. The location is prime for walking anywhere you want/need to go. We walked to the boards and beach, of course, but also restaurants nearby, ice cream joints, and shopping on Asbury Street. We used the car only to do the big grocery shop and to take a drive along the short down to Stone Harbor. We parked 1 car in the garage and another in the parking pad in front of garage. Street parking is at a premium and for extra cars, and one needs to be careful to avoid the few metered spaces out front so you don't get a ticket. All the beach equipment you can possibly want is provided in the garage--umbrellas, cooler, chairs, beach toys, and a cart to tote it all. The laundry is also full size and we took advantage to pack light and do some wash while there. Lastly, Wendy is wonderful and so helpful. We needed a new fire alarm on the upper level--and pronto--there she was with one. We also got confused about how all the TVs worked (one in each room and not all worked quite the same way with the remotes). Any questions, we just texted and got a speedy response. If you have a large group, this is an ideal home. We figured one could easily accommodate 3 families--ours was a different mix of friends and family and everyone had plenty of space.

It was a spectacular week. We’re coming back for sure.

You simply cannot find a better place for multiple families. We had 8 adults and 4 kids under 5. Every family had their own bathroom. Two huge areas for family fun but lots of decks and rooms for solitude as well. The elevator was a lifesaver for our grandson in a wheelchair and for my wife with a back injury. We were the last renters of the season but the entire home was spotless. Wendy welcomed us like family. She was gracious,attentive and available but otherwise invisible. Our 3 children and their spouses thanked us repeatedly throughout the week for giving them such an amazing vacation experience.

Fantastic find!

Queen of Wesley is extremely beautiful and spacious. Perfect for large families. Listing description is accurate and owner provided great customer service. We. would definitely recommend property to other family members and friends. We will be returning next year for another two weeks. Property is walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Room for everyone to spread out!

There is so much to love about this spacious, centrally located, well-stocked and nicely decorated unit, but for me, hands down the best feature is the THREE separate common areas (great room/dining area, 3rd floor sitting area, ground floor lounge), each of which is comfy and roomy, and which let a large group spread out and relax without being in each other's way. Always some people want to talk, some want to read, some want to watch TV or play a game. Every other beach house we've rented for our big group has had 1 living room and friction between the readers and the gamers. 822 Wesley has room for every activity, and that's not even counting the beautiful front porch where several of us really spent most of our at-home time. Wendy, the owner, is welcoming and responsive. We had to accommodate several repair people during the week, but I consider that part of the deal for families vacationing in early June when owners are still getting their rentals ready for the season. Our questions were always answered promptly and our security deposit returned promptly too. Wendy also took the trouble to move our rental linens up to the sleeping area when they were delivered. The location is SO good, right between the beach/boardwalk and the quaint downtown, and adjacent to the historic district. A large supermarket is 3 short blocks away. Access to the garage is by an alley you enter on 8th. On the other side of the alley is the police station, and there is noise and activity 24 hours, so the back decks overlooking the alley didn't get much use. Light sleepers may want to choose bedrooms nearer the front of the house. This is the 2nd year we've stayed at 822 Wesley. I've been coming to OCNJ my whole life, and with a large group for the past ~10 years, and this is the nicest place we've found to accommodate 12+ people.

Great Beach House in Ocean City

My family enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach house. It is close to both beach and boardwalk and was very spacious and accommodating. Wendy was available in person and by text or email to answe me any questions we had during our stay. The garage is a real plus since we bring our bikes. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys along with a beach caddy available to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment. The decks are great, especially the one in front of the house where you can eat or sit and watch the people go by. Lots of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms make this a great house for a large extended family.

Spacious and beautiful rental with great location

Overall our stay here was great! The location is just a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Three generations (17 people) stayed comfortably, plenty of beds and space for all, even space to "get away" from each other when we wanted down time. It was also a really nice touch that there were beach chairs, boogie boards & a cart available for use, as well as games, puzzles & movies in the family room too. We had a few hiccups (a broken dishwasher and a plugged bathtub) but the owner was there immediately and fixed the problems ASAP. The communication was excellent all throughout the process. The elevator was nice for loading/unloading (or if you have someone who has difficulty with stairs) but we didn't use it that often, mostly we stuck to the stairs. :) This is a great place for a large family/extended family to stay!

Perfect Beach Home

My extended family and I stayed at this home during the last week of June 2017. We enjoyed our week there very much. Four generations had plenty of room to sleep without crowding and there was a large living room/dining room/kitchen for gathering together as well as a lower level living room and a small 3rd floor TV room, a covered porch and 2 uncovered decks to have some time alone or in smaller groups. The kitchen was well equipped; there was plenty of beach gear in new or almost new condition. The game table was very comfortable for jigsaw puzzles. The 3 parking spots were handy; on-street parking is available within a few blocks especially if you look for a spot early in the morning. The elevator was great for my mother who uses a wheelchair, though this home (like almost all of the large homes in Ocean City I have viewed on vrbo and homeaway) does not have a handicapped accessible bathroom with grab bars around the toilet. There was a large shower in the lower level accessible by the elevator that should work though it does not have a shower chair. We made it work but prospective renters should be aware of this and plan accordingly. The home is located within a short walk of the beach/boardwalk and a supermarket. It is just over a block away from shopping and restaurants on Asbury. Finally, arranging the rental with Wendy was straightforward with no issues. She introduced herself to me when we checked in. My deposit was returned promptly. I recommend this property to others.

A most enjoyable Easter Holiday stay!

The house is very nice and a great location for walking to the beach, Boardwalk, and downtown. The elevator was wonderful for going from the first floor to the second and third floors. It's a great house providing ample space for separation of shared by large number of people. The porches are wonderful for relaxing, eating and reading. We rented over the Easter Holiday and had a great time with our kids and grandkids!

Great for large family reunions/get togethers without having everyone on top of one another. Large front porch, back and roof top decks all furnished!! You won't find a home that sleeps this many with all this space...the rooms are spacious. fully furnished and not cramped!!!
