LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2,100+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, two beautiful wood burning stoves, and large sectional sofa with plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a 2 queen beds, smart TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin/twin bunk beds and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, dual drip & Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Large arcade game room with Hydro Thunder, Tekken 2, Pac-Man, Centipede, Vegas video poker/slot machine, pool table, bar, Oculus with many games, and smart TV. Garage with more Sega Super GT, air hockey table, and ping pong table. Take a photo op with the provided back drop and create a memory to post on social media. Board games and card games. The smart TVs, and complimentary WiFi will keep you entertained while you wind down in the evenings. Keep yourself warm and relaxed by the cozy wood burning stoves. Air conditioning. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.
