When arriving at the property, you'll find that the driveway ends at the wooden planters just to the left of the Pool House. Kindly refrain from driving onto the walkway, which begins just beyond the planters and leads to the entrance.

The welcoming living room features an LG smart TV and many seating options.

SUN ROOM/OFFICE SPACE:
Just off the main entrance, the Sun Room offers a private WFH office space, as well as a second TV, pull-out couch, and board games for your enjoyment. Gaming enthusiasts will appreciate that the inventor of Scrabble, Alfred Butts, lived in Stanfordville, and the town hosts yearly tournaments in his honor!

Feel free to feed the koi fish in the small pond. (A measured amount will be provided to you. Please do not feed them anything else).
A smokeless Solo Stove fire pit is located on the deck, surrounded by built in benches and tables.
A 4 burner propane grill and grilling utensils are available for you to use.
