Welcome to Neverland Escape at Regal Palms Resort!

This magical home features a "Lost Boys" bedroom with a custom treehouse bunk bed, a "Tiger Lily" bedroom with lush greenery and a teepee, and a master suite fit for Captain Hook. The pirate-themed living area offers relaxation for all scallywags.

Enjoy resort amenities like the lazy river, ice cream parlor, spa, water slide, on-site restaurant, and arcade.

It’s 45 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and an hour from MCO airport (times may vary with traffic).

The property:

The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen has fresh coffee ready for you. The spacious living room includes 3 sofas, a large Roku TV, a 6-person dining table, a bar area for 4, and an informal dining table for 4 in the kitchen.

Upstairs, the "Lost Boys" room sleeps 4 kids, the "Tiger Lily" room has a 50" TV, and the shared bathroom is Mermaid Lagoon-themed. The master suite features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a garden tub and shower.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire home and all resort amenities, including the gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas.

Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed.

Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests
Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.

Parking Details
The driveway fits 2 medium-sized vehicles comfortably. A third vehicle may be parked carefully, perpendicularly behind the other two. Due to HOA regulations, no additional vehicles are permitted, and street or lawn parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked outside of designated areas are subject to towing as enforced by the HOA.

Beautiful rental property with all the upgrades for Mom and Dad and the best kids room by far. Complimented our Halloween Disney trip perfect!🎃 Great communication by property owners. Best pool resort area. Loved the lazy river. Thank you for the memories.

From the moment we booked, I was confident our stay was going to be great. We were instantly contacted by our host and never waited more than a few minutes for a response. Prior to arrival we were contacted several times with options to check-in early, arrange groceries, rent a stroller etc. All of these were for an additional fee, and we did not opt to use them this time, but how nice that they offer those services?!The unit itself was stunning!!! A highlight and core memory-maker for our family. We have a 6-year-old and 5-year-old and they dubbed it "The Best Vacation Ever" before we ever got to the parks. Every detail was carefully thought out, and it is truly even better in person! It extended the magic far beyond the parks and we spent the week in awe of how cool the place was! We will absolutely be recommending this home to everyone we know coming to Disney and are looking forward to renting here again! *Side note, that we have stayed at Regal Palms twice now and the staff has always been incredibly helpful and kind and the grounds have always been clean and well kept. The arcade is hit or miss with the games....but what arcade isn't? We love this resort and cannot wait to return.
