The place was very clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive and helpful. The management agency was super helpful as well. The location is amazing with a beautiful view of the beach right out front. We will definitely request to stay in this home again!!

We had a great quiet time at the villa!…just what we were looking for!! Host was really quick to answer any questions we had, and the place was exactly like described, kitchen fully equipped, beds very comfortable, plenty of blankets if needed. We found the place spotless when we arrived, every little touch was well thought. Also very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night.Thank you for sharing your Villa .

Mid-week break

We have stayed in this complex before and love the proximity to the beach. While the fittings feel somewhat dated, everywhere was beautifully clean and the decor was bright and airy.Travelling mid-week meant that we missed the crowds and the weather for mid- may was perfect!

Relaxation at it's best

We had such a good time at this property. The views were incredible, the condo was perfect for two couples as there was plenty of room for all! We want to come back again next year!

If I could give it no stars, I would. The linens were dirty, the host uses Oceano Rentals and they are the most rude and unprofessional employees I have ever experienced. In addition, the “pool” was green, and the beds aside from the master bedroom were hard as a rock. They also wanted us to troubleshoot the tv that would not work. To me when I hear vacation, I don’t think of trying to clean up and trouble shoot other peoples mess and responsibilities. I would never book this rental, company, or host again. VRBO was very kind in response, but kindness unfortunately did not solve the discomfort my family, including my pregnant sister, had to endure. I understand everyone makes mistakes and things are not perfect but the response of the the rental company was absurd. I would be happy to further elaborate to the necessary people, but unfortunately the response we already received from Oceano Rentals. It also seems that when I message “Chuck Salem” it is just the Oceano rental employees so there is never a real solution provided. Proceed with caution, and do your research.

Then we could come back to the villa and enjoy the AC and a shower to rinse off all of the sand. The villa was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were in good condition. Paradise Villas stay

The villa was clean. It was almost like having your own beach. Other villa occupants were courteous. Overall very quiet and not crowded. If you want to go out for dinner often it might not be for you given its overall location. However, the Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina is just a 10 min walk down the beach. We ate there twice and both meals were excellent and surprisingly affordable. Cellphone service was spotty but available. The villa had working WIFI.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to the water is great, a little far from town but doable. Not a rock anywhere to be found making it nice in the feet. It was unseasonably warm for our trip but the house was cool with minispkits in each room. Master bed was great, could use better living room and outdoor seating. Not sure if you are expected to bring your own drinking water but check before you go. I had asked at check in and they said there would be water, when we got there there was none, someone did drop some off after we called but no dispenser. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the grounds were kept up daily.

We loved the ease of walking just a few steps to get to the water, plus the view from the patios were amazing! The beach itself was great - clean and quiet; in fact, most of the time we were the only ones there! The interior is adequate. It had all of the essentials, and beds were comfortable. If I had to pick one area to improve, it would be that some of the amenities could use some updating, as it would make the place feel a bit more like a vacation, but considering the price and location, overall it was a great place to stay for our family of four!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall unit was great, but here are a few things to consider if you are staying longer than 3 nights. The oven was not working, but all of the top stoves worked fine. Soap and shampoo will last maybe 3 days for two people, but I would pack extra for showers, etc. towels are also few and are good for about 3 days. There are no beach towels so pack them. Outdoor chairs and a grill are available. Seemed like everyone shares all of them with other units and put them away at night. Check in and out was easy and the staff was very friendly and deserve to get paid more. Access to stores, etc. is limited due to being about 10 miles from town, but no big deal. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will be back and hope this helps people planning their trip.
