Freshly renovated, stylish, two bedroom, two story townhouse. New comfortable mattresses on beds. Very spacious master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds & TV. Fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Ducted airconditioning. Linen, towels, tea, coffee & hand soap supplied. Secure, lockup, double garage under main roof. Short walk to popular cafes, restaurants, shopping, tram and playground/park. Few minutes drive to the City. Quiet location. Perfect space for a family or 2 couples. *PLEASE NOTE* -No parties or large gatherings -Maximum 4 guests -No smoking -No pets -Put bins out & take any rubbish with you that wont fit. -Leave floor tidy, do dishes & leave house in a neat-tidy state. Outstanding place to stay when visiting Adelaide. Very clean, very comfortable, great location. Hosts were very helpful and excellent with communication.
This was one of the best places I have stayed in terms of location, amenities and cleanliness.
It was also well priced and the hosts were very helpful.
The townhouse was very clean, quiet and in a great location near Unley Road restaurant's, shopping and supermarkets. Double lock up garage was wonderful no need to worry about parking.
Would definitely stay again.
The property is in an excellent location, not far from the city and other shopping places. Everything is very neat and tidy. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!
Good base for our trip went to dinner in Hahndorf visited Barossa valley another dinner in China town and a trip to the Casino all easily accessible from Unley could have spent another couple of days .Very nice apartment thanks Rachel
Second time we have stayed in a townhouse in this development. Great set up and very comfortable for 3-4 people. Security of double garage is valuable. Walk to plenty of dining options and only a cheap 5 minute Uber to the CBD. Would definitely stay again.
Immaculately clean property in Unley close to restaurants/stores
My wife and I and 2 teenage granddaughters stayed in Rachel’s VRBO property in the Unley suburb of Adelaide for 3 nights this past week, including Christmas Eve and Christmas night. We found the property spotlessly clean, well stocked and very accurately described as per the VRBO web listing. We especially appreciated the off street parking in a spacious garage with automatic opener and the washer and dryer.
It’s location a couple blocks from all the stores and restaurants made it ideal to walk to dinner from. It had very comfortable bedding in both rooms and very clean bedrooms.
Very nicely presented and clean property. The only things I feel worth mentioning is there are quite a lot of internal stairs, didn't worry us especially but can imagine older or less agile people might find this challenging, maybe fact it's a townhouse by definition means there will be stairs, not sure and if I'm not sure there will be others the same. Also full length mirror would be good somewhere in the townhouse. Appreciated the Nespresso and xtras like hand soaps, papertowels etc. Thankyou

In the photos of the property, there are photos of the stairs & a floor plan that show it has stairs & is 2 story. The bedrooms are also labellled upstairs & downstairs. Sorry if you missed these details but I though I had clearly shown it has a set of stairs.
Property was terrific! Well appointed, clean, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked, was great to have basics in the kitchen, coffee machine. Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved our stay.
This property is comfortable, in a central location, clean and in a good area. This was a work visit to Adelaide and very appropriate.
The only complaint is there were no soap or toiletries. This would have been helpful to have.
We had a wonderful stay in Unley. The location was perfect for us as the street was nice and quiet but wasn't too far from the city. The check in and lock box process was super easy and the house was spotless and very well decorated. A lovely home away from home. We will definitely stay again in future.

Why they chose this property
We love this area! There are so many wonderful cafes, restaurants & retail shops within walking distance. Playgrounds & ovals are not far away if the kids or adults want to run off some steam. If you want to go into the city, you can catch a tram or bus or drive in under 10 minutes.
What makes this property unique
Our property is in a very quiet area but also not far from all the popular shops. It’s styled nicely with very comfy beds, luxurious towels & a fully stocked kitchen. It has a very cosy feel to it. Public transport is also not far away.
