The home’s elevation brings you white-water views to the beach at the base of the hill to the north—you’re a short downhill walk to public beach access and nature park. Outdoors, a brick patio with furniture and a large yard lets you enjoy the ocean breeze in privacy. Indoors, a wood stove complete with wood supply will keep you cozy, and multiple flat-screen TVs and a stereo system provide entertainment. A bonus room includes another flat-screen tv, a closet full of games and a couch that could serve as a bed for a small child. The home’s central Lincoln City location means you are a quick drive to the Lincoln City Outlet Stores, restaurants, grocery store, and public library.

All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team wears new masks, gloves and shoes covers each time they enter home to prepare it for a new stay. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets. Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive.

Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

Very Relaxing & Great Views

Clean and comfortable, great views and just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come again! Side note, our dog really enjoyed the deer's evening visits.

Clean, nice quiet location. Very peaceful. Parking was not clear, was not sure where exactly to park the 2nd vehicle. Overall would recommend again.

Good place to stay in Lincoln City

A comfortable home, with an ocean view from the expansive living room windows. The beds were fantastic, very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could want, well equiped. So close to a public beach access too.
