The Leisure Cottage is a fully furnished, cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage home in an unbeatable location, a block from Lake Macatawa and the Holland State Park boundary, ¾ miles from the Holland State Park beach, and 1 mile from Tunnel Park Beach.



**Strictly NO pets allowed**



The Space:

The cottage is directly located on Holland’s renowned bike path, which takes you to all beach locations, kayak/canoe rentals (2 blocks away) many restaurants, and ice cream (noteably the new Reservoir restaurant, Dune Dogz & Treats, Down the Hatch party store, Lolo's Bar & Grill, etc.), boat rentals, fishing, and more! In the attached garage, you will find a fleet of adult and children’s bikes, scooters, beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella, toys, etc.) and yard games. A fenced in backyard includes two grills (gas and charcoal) and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and skewers for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs alike. The deck has a patio table and chairs and an umbrella to enjoy outdoor eating. The three-bedroom house features two queen beds with memory foam mattress toppers, and a third room with a triple bunk bed that kids will love - all bedrooms on the main floor. The house also includes a basement playroom with a pull-out couch that can sleep 1-2 additional people, a TV and video games, foosball table and darts, toddler train table, Legos, board games, books, and puzzles. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals if you choose to dine-in.

All reservations are covered by an insurance program. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

Good Family House

For family it was very comfortable for a family with grandparents and grandkids. Lots of toys and games. Very well supplied for Beach use and cooking. many extra items that were on the premises but not listed in the description

Lots of leisure!

Visited Holland in the early spring, so we knew the weather would be a toss up. Luckily the cottage was full of games and there are cozy spots to read and watch movies. When the weather did break, the location was perfect for a quick trip to the beach. The cottage is adorably decorated, well stocked and really comfortable. I would love to return in the summer months!!

Christmas Cottage

Our family enjoyed this beautiful location for a special Christmas in Michigan. Our children enjoyed the view of snow from any room within the house. The triple bunk bed was a wonderful setup for our 4 children along with the Queen bed. We enjoyed having a separate basement location for the kids to play and relax. The backyard patio was another great location to grill and hangout. We made some memories during our stay. The things that could be improved were some of the amenities. The washer and dryer did not work however we did ask the owner to fix it before the next guest which he promptly replied that he would. There could have been a few more kitchen utilities like a potato masher and whisk. Finally the bathroom toiletries were very small and minimal. Plan on bringing your own.

Great Location and House

My friends and I came to Holland for a long weekend. This house was great for our needs. It had plenty of space inside and out and good amenities. The host was also great with communication and checking in. We’d definitely stay again!
