We are pleased to introduce our beautiful 4-bedroom rental home, located just minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other premier Orlando attractions. This property offers the amenities of a resort at a lower cost than renting two average hotel rooms.

The home features:

- A private, screened, heated south-facing swimming pool and a 51-jet hot tub with quality pool furniture (free pool and spa heat included).
- High-speed wireless internet and 4K TVs throughout the house.
- A complimentary gas grill.

Great Home base for Disney/Universal

Had a great stay. Home is clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. 15-20min to Disney and about 35min (traffic) to universal.

Very nice stay.

House was clean. Beds in good shape in all rooms. Hot tub and heated pool excellent. Game room for teens would be great. Close to Disney. 15-20 mins. Dependent on traffic. I would rent this house again without doubt!

Fantastic place to stay close to all the theme parks

This property was perfect if you're going to the theme parks. About half an hour from universal and 20 minutes from Disney. There is a Target right around the corner for anything you might need!!. Tons of restaurants within 3 mi of the property. It was great coming back from a long day walking around the theme parks to soak in the hot tub or hang out in the pool. I would definitely recommend

everything was great except for the hot tub!!

Everything was great!!! The chemical that was put in the hot tub was very strong and made everyone cough a lot so we could not use which was a bummer for me!! but everything else was great!! Rick was great also!!

We only use bromine tablets designed and recommended for hot tubs. Bromine has almost no odor compared to chlorine, less irritating to skin and eyes, and works better in hot water. We have been using these tablets at two properties for years and never had a single complaint. I'm not sure why this guest had problems or never contacted us during their stay but we would of be more than happy to recycle the water and use chlorine or no chemical for their time at the house.

Close to all the parks!!

The property is located within 30 minutes from Disney parks even with traffic . Very conveniently located near a Publix, Sam’s Club & Walmart for filling the fridge. The property owner was quick to reply to a few questions prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, early on in our time there, the hot tub & pool both lost power. We made a call to the owner, leaving a message to make him aware with no reply via text or VM. We checked it daily to find it was FINALLY fixed on our last day there - when we were packing to go home! 🙁 Other than that, the house was clean, nice and well represented in the pictures online! Would recommend to others!!

Het voelde als thuiskomen.

Rick, bedankt dat we je vakantiewoning mochten huren. We hebben een hele leuke tijd gehad. Rick is een super host, die direct voor je klaar staat, als je problemen of vragen hebt. Het wordt direct opgelost. Het huis is zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is heerlijk met als grote plus dat er ook een hottub aanwezig is. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt, met zeer veel winkels in de omgeving. Binnen 15 minuten sta je in de parkeergarage van Disney springs. Wij hebben genoten en komen hier zeker terug! Rick, thank you for letting us rent your vacation home. We had a very nice time. Rick is a super host, who is immediately available if you have any problems or questions. It will be resolved immediately. The house is very clean and fully equipped. The swimming pool is wonderful with the big plus that there is also a hot tub. The house is located in a quiet safe area, with many shops in the area. Within 15 minutes you are in the parking garage of Disney springs. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back here

Perfect for families

The home was perfect for our family trip to Orlando. The location was super convenient to Disney parks, an hour to Lego Land and an hour to Kennedy Space Center. Neighborhood was very quiet. We had a couple questions during our stay and Rick was very responsive and accommodating. If we travel to Orlando again, we would totally stay here again. The hot tub was a huge plus as it wasn’t always warm enough to swim in the pool, but it was a nice relief after walking all day. Highly recommended!

Nice Home, minutes to Disney.

Great home and location. Home is just off the main busy road but nestled in a very small private gated community. So it was close to anything you could want or need, but felt like it was secluded and far from the city madness. If you hit every light green its just minutes from Disney fun. Bonus Sams Club gas station seconds away was great since we drove cross country and saved a bundle on gas when filling up on arrival and departure. Everything you could want and need in the home for a nice stay. Price point was better than comparable homes. I would recommend to anyone. Would stay again if available whenever we decide to go back. Saved for a year to do this trip and was mildly disappointed, but that was ONLY because Hurricane Nicole cutting short our park visits. Although maybe that wasn’t too bad since we didn’t spend as much money in the parks for food as we would have. I would recommend if at all possible to pack food into the parks with you to save alot of money. Food is outrageously expensive in the parks So anyway, we lost half our visit at Magic Kingdom on one day and half of the Epcot visit the next day due to cutbacks in the park hours for safety concerns over the hurricane. But that just caused us to spend more time together at the home, which was not disappointing. I think whole area overreacted to the mild hurricane but they were just trying to be safe and It could have been worse. The garage is set up as a game room which was nice. Children loved it. If they weren’t in the pool they were in the game room. Plenty of room for two families of four each if you wanted to share. I trusted the reviews to make the choice of this home and was happy I did. I will say this…I didn’t like the mattress in master bedroom, but my wife did. We have a sleep number at home so she’s used to her lower setting and I’m used to my higher one. So that worked out for her. All in all it was a great home and worth the stay and we hope the home is available again in the future whenever our next trip is planned.

Comfortable, clean, and in a great area

We travel to Florida quite frequently and we always use VRBO to find a house that fits our needs. This has been our overall favorite so far. I'll start right at the top with what's most important to us, comfort! The beds at this home were comfortable and gave us a good night's rest after crazy days at the theme parks. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very nice with new appliances. The pool was fantastic, and as the Hot Tub was a huge selling point for the men in our party, it was nice to not have the extra heating fee. Another of my favorite things was that it was in a very quiet, tucked-away neighborhood that was still very close to shopping and the closest we've ever stayed to the theme parks. It only took 13-20 minutes to get to all of the Disney parks and Universal. We had a clogged drain during our stay and hours after sending an email, we received a bottle of drain cleaner on the door, so the response from management is fantastic! It isn't absolutely perfect, but I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Rick!

This house was easy to find, close to town (but just far enough off to be away from the hustle and bustle), the perfect size for my family of 4 and in-laws, had everything we needed, and CLEAN. This was our first stay anywhere since Covid and we have two littles (6 & 3) and I never once worried about the sanitation here. It was impeccable! The house was beautiful and my boys loved the game area in the closed in garage. They stayed there or in the pool. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after long days at the Disney parks. Perfect way to rest our tired bodies after fun filled days. We have all mentioned that we would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future. Highly recommend. Thanks, Mr. Rick!

EXACTLY what we needed!

This property worked about as well as anything I imagined! It served as a home base while in Orlando and everything was there and ready to go for us from the minute we walked in. The kitchen/grill were great to have some home-cooked meals instead of restaurants all week; the pool was fun for "working out" and then playing around with the kids; the ample bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry were incredibly handy and useful. The gameroom was also fun and beat going out into the heat to find something to do. We really couldn't have had things work out much better. Rick was great with communication in advance and during the stay when we had a couple questions. I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking to access Orlando for a week or two and not pay premium hotel/restaurant prices. Rick's place was great!

Wonderfully clean and neat

The home was perfect for us! We stayed a whole week and it was great. The home was clean and tidy. There were notes all around the house to help out with electronics. The pool and backyard were enjoyed by the whole family.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We were completely at home in this vacation rental. It was over 90 degrees everyday of our vacation, and the central air conditioning and ceiling fans worked wonderfully. The beds were very comfortable, and all the appliances were new! We used the pool everyday, and the hot tub. The pool was sparkling clean, and there are lots of pool floats. The location to the parks, restaurants, shopping, and airport is fantastic! Thank you Rick!
