Amazing property and Chris saw to every need. The property was well stocked and had everything we need to cook and enjoy the pool and views. Such a quiet, beautiful house and the location was perfect to explore South Florida. We enjoyed getting out of the northern cold and love Cape Coral! The house was spotless and we especially loved spending time on the porch.

This house is so clean and inviting. The neighbors were very friendly and we used their dock to launch kayaks. The pool was awesome but could use more floating items. Overall a great house .

Exceeded our expectations!

My family of 4 came to visit shortly after Hurricane Ian. I booked last minute as the house I previously rented on Fort Myers Beach was destroyed. I was amazed despite the recent hurricane how clean and together the home was. The pool was very comfortable and relaxing (heated and enclosed). The enclosed lanai is large enough for outdoor card games and meals. The house has views of the canal on 2 sides. The owners went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.
