Beautiful place. The best view of treetops and ferns. Quiet and easy with the split level kitchen/lounge area. The host was very responsive when we had any issues. Would definitely stay again.
We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at this peaceful and comfortable cottage. Well maintained and equipped, with a warming central wood stove, and beautiful views into the bush, would like to visit again.
Nice property, cutlery and plates , Bowls dirty in arrival. The rest of the property was spotless so was a bit odd. That aside nice relaxing property.Bit far from town and up the top of a steep hil.
Everything we needed was there. Great to see a great big pile of wood for the lovely wood stove which kept the whole house very toasty. We cooked everything outside on the deck Weber with the sound of the river in the background.
The house is very comfy located in a very secluded, natural and quite surrounding. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Sue was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommended.
This place was the perfect weekend away from home. Walking distance to several walking trails. Scenic views from the backyard are amazing.
The wood heater was perfect for evening relaxation.
Would definitely consider coming back.
Overall nice place, good location, tranquil and soothing sounds of river nearby. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of space. Cleanliness needs to be improved.
Great property, located slightly away from the crowds of the main strip. Very clean and comfortable. The sound of the water is so relaxing and access to the bushland behind the property means you can enjoy a quiet walk in nature. Highly recommend this property.
When we needed help after hours, which was our first time speaking with Sue, she was unhelpful and dismissive.

Hi Reeni
Thankyou for staying at Falling Water and your comments however the afterhours help you required was due to a spider on the wall inside the property and you wanted us to arrange someone to remove it.
The property is in Warburton, surrounded by trees and nature.
Apologies if I seemed dismissive, that wasn't my intention.
Regards Sue
Nice older house in a quiet street, had everything we needed for a weekend visit to the area. It’s simple and basic, which was perfect for what we required. It’s a cool house, so we had the fire place and heater going to keep it warm and the electric blanket to get the chill off for a bit at night. An additional bar heater was available too, but we didn’t need it. House was clean and having the lights and heater on prior to our arrival was a nice touch as we arrived in a downpour! Comfy bed and hot shower. All in all, a nice home base to explore the area. Thanks!
