There is plenty of comfortable seating and shade during the day to curl up with a good book or just relax. You will have easy access to the best of both worlds!

There are split systems (heating and cooling) in bedroom one on the ground floor , as well as bedroom two and the living area on the second floor.



Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.



No Schoolies or Party style bookings

If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
