The best of both worlds. Located on a quiet residential street with commanding views of the city and downtown. New home built in 2019, modern amenities, lovely outdoor space on the Waterford River trail. Walk to downtown on the trail or a short 2.4 km cab ride. With views comes stairs. Please not this is not an accommodation for individuals with mobility issues.

Wonderful stay

We totally enjoyed our stay, didn’t want to leave! Great location walked the trail to downtown , house was spotless spacious and so comfortable! Would highly recommend this cozy place to anyone.. Sylvie Morgan

St. Johns, NL visit

Beautiful home for a couple wanting to be close to downtown and other venues, but not in the core of downtown. Easy 3k walk to downtown. Home is clean and charming. Steep steps to the entrance and steep driveway, but the view to the Waterford valley is great. Nice balcony to enjoy a glass of wine🍷. I would stay here again, and recommend to others
