Our light-filled top floor unit has 3 bedrooms and was thoughtfully decorated,
and makes for a perfectly comfortable space for your group - best of all, it's
walkable to the United Center! With 2 full bathrooms, it's ideal for groups
traveling together, and since we recently rehabbed the building, it's
practically brand new! We're just a half-mile west of the West Loop, too, so
it's an easy walk to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops!
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Nice accommodations only 5-10 min walk to the United Center. We appreciated the garage so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Our problems with communication and the heat were with the on-site concierge company not with the owners. Unit is on the second floor, so not sure how to access the washer and dryer.
We were treated very well by the host. We had no difficulties. The place was very pleasant and in a very nice neighborhood. Our Uber pickup requests were always 4-5 min away.

Awesome location within walking distance of the United Center. Cute neighborhood. Very easy to Uber to other parts of the city.

We stayed 6 nights, took in 3 hockey games. Short 8 minute walk to the United Center. The place was comfortable and well set up, comfortable beds, shampoo, conditioners in the showers. Full size fridge to hold whatever you might need from the grocery store a 10 minute walk away. Digital code deadbolt on the door. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect location for watching hockey at the United Center or playing hockey at Fifth Third Bank Arena. Plus you are only a few minutes Uber ride from downtown Chicago. The rooms were very nice size and the kitchen was updated. Parking in the garage was a nice plus but street parking was easy too. House was very clean and house rules were easy. Would love to stay again!

Place was spacious and equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The only thing we had an issue was, trying to check in early. They’re really strict on with checking in/out policy . The location was really not the best if you’re not use to the “hood”, but that’s how Chicago is. We would consider coming back though.
I’m going to start with the cleanliness of the home. Once we arrived, we noticed popcorn underneath 2 sofas. Once we took showers, hair was on the walls that did not belong to us. Now I’m wondering if the sheets were ever washed. Throughout the house we noticed a lot of dust in areas that should have been cleaned. Other than that, the house had nice upgrades.
We had no idea that other guests had access to the home. We only knew this because there were clothes left in the washer when we came back to the house. We noticed another car in the garage but thought it may have belonged to the owner. Someone walked into the laundry room and claimed their clothes that were left in the washing machine. The whole time we thought we were the only occupants in the house. Maybe that was listed somewhere in the description, but I clearly didn’t see it. The large clothes dryer took 4 cycles to dry and we had to walk down to the basement 4 times just to dry clothes.
There was a tornado that passed through on Monday night and no one called to check on us despite a large limb falling and blocking access to the garage.
Now to address the safety. The listing stated that there was a security fence. Yes there is a fence but how is it secured? There was no way to lock it. That was just minor compared to the gunshots we heard. My children are traumatized after hearing gunshots for 3 days straight starting on Friday through Sunday at 2
-3 am. This was the most terrifying thing we ever experienced.
