It was terrific. No complaints except the check in process. I understand why the check in email isn't sent until during the day of arrival but if you are on planes/hire cars etc. why not make it easier and send on a mobile phone or the night before arrival. We were told the office would be open until 5pm (on the Saturday before arrival) and then I spoke to a diff. person on arrival day who closed the office by 4 pm.It was confusing to receive 2 different bits of advice.
