It is essential for our guests to have travel insurance. Unless there is an issue with our listing, we don't issue refunds — and recommend you contact your insurer to assist with the cost of disrupted travel arrangements.

Pets Policy:
Most homeowners do not allow pets. However, properties marked as "pet-friendly" are exceptions. Guests must seek and receive written approval from the booking agent before bringing pets. A non-refundable fee of $100 per pet is required upon approval. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Booking Confirmation and Check-In:
After booking, you'll access our guest app for check-in instructions. You must complete an identity verification by scanning your license/passport and credit card. This step ensures owner security by verifying your identity, akin to hotel check-ins. Your card isn't charged or stored, and you may obscure some digits. Our app meets the highest PCI compliance standards. This verification is crucial for our self-check-in process.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out:
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to a fee of $50 per hour. This fee covers the cost of additional cleaning required to prepare the property between guests. Please inquire in advance to arrange.

The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.

We are close to the ocean and while we strive to keep our windows clear from salt from the sea carried by wind and condensation, this is difficult to manage at times especially during storm season. We have a hose on the balcony that you can use to wash down the windows if need be and a squeegie under the sink for those guests who would like to give the windows a wash if need be so they can enjoy the views even more!

It’s a peaceful neighbourhood and we like to ensure that we continue to have great relationships with our neighbours. Please ensure that if you are bringing dogs, they are supervised at all times and not just left to bark in the backyard or left unattended. We want to continue to keep our home pet friendly.

We are NDIS friendly and have this or a number of other properties that may cater for your specific needs. We can potentially access support/carers for families that may require it. Please enquire.

- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- As a rule we only take families.
- We are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 7am

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"

- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info. We are approved by Airbnb to do so.

- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.

- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Beginning 12 November 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation.

You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.

All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.

On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.

Maintenance issues will not be cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner

Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.

In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.

*We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. That's why we strongly suggest that all of our guests have travel insurance. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel. If you don't have travel insurance yet, we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your options. Some credit cards provide free travel insurance.
For all inquiries and support needs, we encourage you to reach out to us through the Airbnb app for the fastest and most efficient communication. We are committed to being highly responsive and are available to assist at any time. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Halls Head Apartment
This one bedroom apartment is conveniently located near the bridge from Halls Head to Mandurah. It is very clean, well-equipped with a full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, stove, oven microwave, a very large, extremely comfortable King size bed, access to a washer & dryer near the main entry, single assigned parking space, balcony and access to the resort pool. Both the owner and the property manager are extremely nice and immediately responsive to all concerns and requests. I very highly recommend this apartment for a short stay in the Mandurah area. The only problem that was encountered was that the advertisement had mentioned access to all resort facilities which appeared to include access to a small fitness facility. That proved to not be true due to a recent change in insurance requirements and the owner & manager immediately addressed the issue and an acceptable solution was found. This was just one of several requests that they were immediately responsive to and which made our stay extremely pleasant.
