This 5 bedroom, reverse floor plan home has plenty of room for everyone! The entry level features a beautiful entryway leading to the kitchen, living room and three of the bedrooms off a quiet hallway.
This Big Bear Cabin has a living room which is highlighted by the large windows, wood burning fireplace and knotty pine vaulted ceilings throughout the great space. Enjoy an evening of watching TV with cable and DVD player. The spacious kitchen is a home chef's dream with expansive granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a professional grade gas range, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot (guests must provide their own k-cups). Have a seat at the table or pull up to the breakfast bar. The dining area connects the kitchen to the living room and also features large windows with views of the trees and boulders beyond. Step out to the back deck for a breath of fresh mountain air. The front deck has a nice covered seating area, propane barbecue and large hot tub for relaxing after a day full of adventure.
The entry level has a large master suite with back deck access, gas fireplace, king bed, TV with cable, and private bathroom with double sinks, and shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has a king bed and TV with cable. A full bathroom is nearby in the hallway.
Downstairs is the family room with seating, back deck and yard access, wood burning stove, TV with cable and DVD player and a pool table. A highlight of the space is the beautiful bar with stained glass and wood carvings. A 3/4 bathroom and washer and dryer are on this level for your convenience. Two more bedrooms can be found through a small hallway. One bedroom has two queen over queen bunks, TV with cable and a gas fireplace. The last bedroom has a king bed and TV with cable.

Note: Driveway to this home is shared with the home to the right behind the garage. Please park on left side of driveway as you face the house. Tenants do not have access to the garage. Behind the garage there is a separate home on a legal lot that has its own driveway directly parallel to this homes driveway.

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
