Family rental only!! No HS groups, no senior proms, no parental signatures, no exceptions. ***2 minute walk to boards and beach!!

Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday between July and Labor Day. Before July and after Labor Day we can accommodate shorter term rentals.

Beautiful Brick Beach House within a block from boards and beach. 2nd and 3rd levels combined offering 2700 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths sleeping 12 people. Levels connect inside like a townhome. Home is extremely clean, open and beachy. We offer Comcast cable and free Wifi.

2nd level has two bedrooms (king bed in master with TV and bunk beds plus full bed) and 1 full bath (tub), large fully equipped kitchen fully stocked (brand new stainless steel pots and pans), kitchen table with 4 chairs in back kitchen, large dining room, table that can seat 10-12 people, living room with TV, VCR/DVD player, radio, player piano. Enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze on the front porch while sipping your favorite beverage with friends and family.

3rd level has two bedrooms (3 queen beds) and 1.5 baths (large stand up shower), brand new fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops, cherry cabinets, combo living room and dining room with TV, VCR and DVD player.

We provide 2 parking passes for our block only. There are no designated spots. Pull up to an available meter upon your arrival and hang the pass on your rear view mirror during your stay. No need to drive anywhere unless you are visiting Cape May (10-12 minutes) or the grocery store. Plenty of great restaurants near-by within walking distance.

Small storage area in back of the house to place your beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas etc. Enclosed outdoor shower, clothes line for wet items and a BBQ Grille. We do have beach items available to use.

Within a block from the beach and boards! 4 easy walking blocks from each Morey’s Piers! Great location and great neighbors. Can’t beat it.

Friday night fireworks at 10pm. Maple Ave beach!

We live on the 1st level and love being in Wildwood. We will greet you upon arrival and show you around our home and if you need anything you can easily call or text us. Linens can be rented upon request. You are responsible for bringing your own beach and bath towels, paper products, toilet tissue etc. We do provide most cleaning supplies and dishwashing soap.

We DO NOT rent to kids, senior week, proms or groups. This is strictly a family rental. You must be at least 25 years old to rent. No parental signature is accepted.

We take pride in our home and want to keep it nice for all of our guests. We ask that you leave it the way you found it.

You won’t be disappointed when you select our home for your upcoming summer vacation. We look forward to hosting your family for your upcoming vacation!

Beautiful home and great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was in good working order and clean. The home is a block and a half from the boardwalk which was perfect. If you enjoy the friday night fireworks, it is right at the end of the street! The hosts were very responsive and i highly recommend staying here.

Best family Vacation Spot

This property is in one of the best locations in wildwood, less than 1 block from the center of the boardwalk. After parking our cars right in front of the house (our host Kelly saved us spots), we basically did not have to use them for the week as we could walk to get anything we needed. The 2 floors of the house provided enough space for our three families to have privacy when they wanted it. If we decide to have a family reunion in Wildwood again, we will certainly try to book this place.

We had a wonderful stay. Kelly was wonderful to deal with. The house was lovely and a wonderful location. Kelly was great about anything we needed. If I was looking for something in the house and it wasn't there she took care of getting it to me. The outdoor showers and storage space so nice when coming back from the beach. When parking was limited she did her best to move her vehicles to the street save spots for us. I highly recommend this property.

Wildwood Vacation

The property was very spacious which was perfect for my large family. When we arrived, we got a full tour of the place and we felt very welcomed. There is an a/c unit in almost every room which is nice on hot summer days. The location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. The hosts were very accomodating with saving our parking spots as well. We did text them the night before to make sure they were around to do so. The only thing I could recommend to these hosts for future renters would be to give the renters the driveway and for them to take the street parking.

Our stay at Kelly and Bert's house in Wildwood, NJ was excellent. The Boardwalk and beach were a block and a half away. Our family went for 5 days in August, and there was ample room for all of us to eat and hang out together, or relax in our own areas without any inconvenience. The house itself was huge, with ample sleeping in beds for 12. The house was immaculate and clearly well cared for. We had a slight issue with one of the AC's on day one, and Bert came and wasted no time and replaced the whole unit. Kelly and Bert were excellent hosts overall, friendly and full of suggestions on activities and places to see. The house is so centrally located, you really never need to move your car as everything pretty much in walking distance. We strongly recommend this property, and are already looking forward to next year.

My children arrived and found the air-conditioning was not working properly. Bert (the owner) was concerned and offered a refund, which we accepted. The house was great and I think a family would enjoy their stay.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect, and the house has plenty of room for adults and kids. 2 minor complains, no washer/dryer in the house and the window AC units were loud at night, but aside from that everything else was perfect. Definitely 5 stars for me and my family. Kelly the owner of the house was very helpful and never heard a complaint from her even though kids did a lot of noise day and night.

Great family vacation

This was the perfect shore house close to the boardwalk and the beach. Clean, neat with all necessary amenities necessary to make this vacation enjoyable for everyone in my family. Wildwood perfect!

This is not a cookie-cutter condo. Our second and third floor accommodations for 11 of us were roomy, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you’d expect and more. The location, a block from the beach and the middle of the boardwalk, was great for the kids. The home is affordable and Kelly the owner couldn’t have been friendlier or more accessible. We had a great time!

Best Summer Vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at Kelly and Bert’s home! Kelly and Bert were the best hosts we could ever ask for. Their communication and response time was wonderful, from the day we arrived to the day we left they were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. They were quick to respond on our day of arrival to make sure they were available when we first arrived, they showed us around their home and made sure we knew where everything was. They also made sure to be there as we left to ask us about our stay and say goodbye to the family (I thought that was so kind!) The home is absolutely perfect! A perfect beach home! It was clean, cozy, and spacious. It was great for multiple families since there are two kitchens and plenty of beds. It was also great to have two family rooms available for the kids at resting times. The location of the home was PERFECT! It is just over a block to the beach and the boardwalk, a very quick walk and so much to do! We never had to move our car expect the 2 times we wanted to go to the Acme. We couldn’t have asked for a better home, location, or hosts to celebrate our family beach trip! Everything was perfect and we plan to visit Kelly and Bert’s home again for our future beach trips! We are so grateful to have found this listing and we thank Kelly and Bert so much for their hospitality! Kelly and Bert were great hosts and the rental was perfect for our family and so close to the beach.

Everything went well. There was a conflict about the host supplying towels and linens but we worked it out. This listing would be even better if a washer and dryer were accessible to the renters.

My husband and I worked hard for many years to reach our goal of owning a shore house. Dreams came true on June 17th 2011 when we purchased our Wildwood home. Our 7 year old twins at the time (9th birthday in picture) were loving life! And now as we enter 2020, they feel blessed to still be in Wildwood as they are now teenagers. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else. These past 9 years have gone by quickly but we met some awesome families who rented and come back each year.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I looked for a home over 9 years. We saw a lot of houses in Wildwood, Crest and North. This was indeed the best house we ever laid our eyes on. It was a long road but paid off in the end. Our home is very spacious and close to the beach, boards, restaurants etc.

What makes this property unique

Perfect for families vacationing together. Our home provides a lot of space allowing large families to stay in one home. Park and walk all over Wildwood. No need to drive anywhere unless you go to Cape May. Cape May is a beautiful place to visit. Lots of shops, restaurants etc and only 12 minutes away.
