Great holiday

Had a great holiday at panorama drive. Great house with everything that you need. Small things need attention to detail as it’s an old house and a few things need a bit of an update.

Family weekend together on AFL Grand final weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect and had everything for our needs. The house is well equipped inside and out. The pool and spa with the television was a highlight and we made good use of that and the new loungers, as well as the table tennis/games room.Parking was ample and there were plenty of attractions nearby as supplied on our lovely welcome pack gift set with wine and slippers and beanie. We ate at Capel sound one evening and enjoyed nice wood fired pizza’s, drinks and fun at Truemans golf range nearby.Communication for entry and exit was first class and prompt. Clear instructions were provided for all aspects of the property.Beds and lounge areas were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. The Laundry with a washer and a dryer was handy for us too. Can recommend, we had a family of 9 ( was to be 10 but our grandson couldn’t make it)Will definitely stay again.

Dear William, Thank you so much for your wonderful review of Panorama and for sharing such lovely detail about your 3 night stay. We’re delighted! It sounds like the pool and spa, TV, new loungers and games room were put to very good use, exactly what we love to hear! And it’s fantastic that the little touches in your welcome pack added to your arrival and helped you settle in. We’re also so pleased our communication and property instructions made everything easy from arrival through to departure. We know that when you’re travelling with a larger family group, having everything clearly organised makes such a difference. Thank you for recommending the property and for mentioning some of the local experiences you enjoyed too. Capel Sound for wood-fired pizza and drinks and Truemans Golf Range are both great nearby options. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back again; hopefully next time the whole family, including your grandson, can make it! Thank you again for choosing to stay with Beach House Rentals. It was a pleasure hosting you. Best wishres, Joanne

Great

Feedback Nice place overall. Lots of towels, some nice additions like plenty of toilet paper, working bbq, lots of outdoor seating options, sliding doors with fly screens, big tvs with surround sound, plenty of streaming services to choose from, good sized fridge, lots of plates and cutlery. Pool and spa were great and settings easy to operate with iPad. Good hot water in showers and big couches in two big lounge areas. Heating and cooling worked ok, bedrooms had lamps and placed was nicely decorated. Some maintenance required around the house. For example: Pool/spa area has a safety hazard - loose tile on edge of spa.
