Perfect vacation getaway for your entire family. Enjoy one of the best beach front views on S.P.I., a Million dollar view! This lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath is right on the beach. You will enjoy panoramic views of the gulf. Condo sleeps 8 very comfortably. Two bedrooms with their own private baths and a third bedroom with two bunk beds for the kids. Full size kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need. Plenty of patio chairs for you to lounge on the patio and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Our place is close to all nightlife, restaurants, grocery stores, 24 hr. convenience store/gas stations.. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the ambiance. One of the best beach views on the island. Get a front-row seat to incredible, unobstructed ocean views.

Guests have access to the entire condo and the common areas in the complex, including hot tub and heated pools. We have wireless Internet that is secure and reliable, dedicated just to this unit. We understand the importance to stay in contact with the outside world even though your on vacation.
What i love about this condo is the breathtaking beach view. One of the best on the Island. The condo’s fourth floor location affords you unobstructed views of the sand and surf. Finally finish that book or just enjoy an afternoon siesta out on the balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room let you enjoy the views while lounging on the couches or sitting around the dining table.

Feed the entire group (and save some money) with a meal prepped in the updated kitchen. It’s fully-equipped with full-size appliances and all the cooking basics you'll need.

The minute you open your eyes from the master bedroom’s king bed, you get glimpses of the sparkling turquoise waters and beautiful sandy beach. The large glass windows allow you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Pamper yourself in the master en suite with relaxing hot showers.
Let kids have a slumber party in the guest bedrooms, where they can crash in a set of bunk beds in their own room. Plenty of games, puzzles and more to keep them entertained.

Other features to make you feel at home include in suite safe, brand new front load washer and dryer, Smart 75 inch Smart TV, Google mini, Roku, Kurieg Nesspreso, single serve coffee maker, TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, DVD player and central air-conditioning. Don’t worry about dragging along your beach gear – our closet is stocked with sand and water toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, beach towels, footballs, volley balls, etc etc.

Came down for rocket launch. Wrap around balcony was perfect for it. Property was clean and felt secure even with so many spring breakers. Pool was heated and nice. Hot tub was ice however. Overall we woule stay here again.

Our family had a fabulous time at this condo. The views were beautiful of the gulf. The beach area was clean and close to the condo. The pool was heated for those chilly days. Condo is near everything in SPI. Very roomy condo and all of the needed amenities. We hope our family can stay here again soon.

Family of 8 stayed here for 5 nights. The property has all amenities needed and the views are amazing. The owners communicated promptly and all Instructions were clear. Seconds to the beach, the water is clear and clean. We felt safe in the condo, which was locked at the main entrance as well as on the unit. Having your own parking spot is extremely convenient.

This condo is everything it says it is! Very quiet building with great access to beach, heated pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of room for our family of 2 teens and 80 year old grandpa. Master suite is great, sunrises from bed. Best view on the island from your balcony. Augustin and Cynthia were very helpful with all our questions and brought us new beach chairs within hours when I let them know a few were broken. Seriously couldn't have asked for better service or accomidiations!

Property was so good that whenever I decide to go back to SPI, this is the spot I want. Pool was very nice and the hot tub was a nice touch. The beach being a minute walk from the place was the cherry on top. Although most folks would stay outside at the beach or shopping, etc… if you do decide to stay in, you won’t be disappointed. Clean and well stocked place. Also mirrors galore when entering the place so group pictures are fun to take and you’ll know for sure how you look before you go out in public lol. I rate this property 4.8/5 and will make it a yearly visit.

Hairdryer didn't work, there weren't enough Keurig pods and I was there alone, the entry area is very dark so bring a flashlight, the TV is giant but not very high-quality, there was no tea, no Kleenex, plastic wrap, foil, etc. While it's a very pretty beach My preference would be Galveston where there's much more to do and vastly more history, more interesting stores besides the usual beach stores and half the hotel occupancy tax. 17% is astronomical. The money is definitely being invested in the island, but 17% is just too much.

Spectacular beachfront views

This is an amazing and beautiful oceanfront home. Upon arrival we found it meticulous and inviting with the owners really paying attention to details. The balcony was really spacious and enough seating for all 8 of us. We had everything we needed for kitchen items. Very nice decor throughout the condo. Conveniently located on the boulevard with a boardwalk directly to the beach. Excellent communication with owner and questions we needed answers for were responded to within minutes by text. These owners take great pride in making sure their guests are completely satisfied. My one recommendation would be to change out the light filtering shade to a dark filtering shade in the guest bedroom as the light in the entry way makes the room rather bright for sleeping. Overall highly recommend......

Nice and roomy for our large family. Awesome location facing the beach. But, don't bother trying to contact the owners once you arrive - they won't respond. The master bedroom sliding door glass had a large crack and I wanted them to know we didn't cause it. No answer...The washer takes literally HOURS to fill and the dryer takes nearly as long to dry a load. The fridge has a water & ice dispenser...that is not hooked up. All in all, we won't be back at least not in this rental. The island is fabulous and the condo has a great location but needs some upgrades.

Just book it!

Well, we were not prepared with everything that was provided. I mean everything! Like in your own home, you would find these things, and more. Coffee pot, nespresso AND a keurig! We took so much that we didn't need to touch the items provided. Except the coffee pot. When i got there at check in cleaning ladies werent quite ready for me. I imagine, it had to do with the folks checking out before. There was a ton of trash and a ton of food they were leaving behind. Shame on them! There are specific instructions that make check in and check-out easy. It was so clean you could see your reflection on the floor! Beautifully decorated. Beachy, but not cheesy beachy. And the beach access......uuummmmmmmm......incredible. beautiful views with L-shaped balcony. Beach area in front of condo which is steps away...seriously....was not crowded at all. This was my sons first experience at the beach and my mother has terrible leg pain issues and she was able to walk to the bach and enjoy it. My father who hates the beach even said, "I would love a place like this." We're already talking about next year. Thank you to the property owners!

One of the best ocean views on the entire island. Our view is hard to beat. With ceiling to floor windows we have one of the best ocean/beach views on the island. Our wrap around patio with plenty of chairs gives you views and ocean breezes from every direction. Sit in our patio table and have your morning coffee while you witness the breathtaking sunrise. Or lounge on the other side of the nation right outside your bedroom and take in the ocean breezes while you sip on our evening tea. The possibilities are endless.

What makes this property unique

Lots of space. Corner unit with wrap around patio. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean waves. Breath taking unobstructed views of the ocean from our living room, kitchen, dinning room or bedroom. Views from almost all points of the house. We also provide you with all kinds of beach toys, books, games, puzzles etc etc. Plenty of things to do in our condo to entertain yourself after a long day at the beach. We have superior wi-fi, Netflix, Hulu and spectrum cable. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores are all within walking distance. Even an hardware store is just down the street. Volley ball anyone? volley ball court is a only 3 minute walk on the beach. Just want to sit on the beach? No problem. We provide you with beach chairs and umbrellas and plenty of plastic wear so you can take your margarita and enjoy it while you sink your toes in the sand!
