Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Bear Snugglin' is an unforgettable getaway! Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Golf Course for all season fun! Updated but warm and welcoming, this lovely home will become your family's favorite mountain retreat!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, deck access, and attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Expansive granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
