Great location

The location is a 5 minute walk from the slopes, very convenient. Parking is easy although it cost extra. The hot tub is great. The only downside was we thought it slept 4 with a fold out couch, but the couch bed is only a single. We ended up using a duvet and blankets to to create a makeshift mattress for one of the kids.

Perfect Dad/Daughter Ski Trip

Everything perfect. One tip is bring your noise cancelling headphones as the hot tub is busy (big) and you can gear it. Enjoy !!

The place and location were amazing the only bad part about our stay is getting our vehicle in and out of the parking garage. It never worked for us and we paid for it. Other than that it was an amazing place to stay.

Founders Point at Winter Park

The unit was great! It was located across the street from the lifts about a 5 minute walk. Only small issues, like the light switches didn't work properly and one light kept coming on. The big issue I have is with the property management, Evolve. I never received the check-in instructions until after I had arrived and only once I contacted them. They tried to say they sent the info but they did not. I would recommend anyone using them to reach out and make sure you get the instructions prior to arriving.

Love your videos place!

Excellence locations, great furnishings and well thought out. Coffee Kcups, razors, toothbrush and sunscreen! Wow. Got it all covered. Comfortable bed and big TV for chillin. Will be back for sure. TV in the bedroom would be a plus.
