Perfect Stay!

We enjoyed every moment during our stay. The condo is clean, offers lots of space and sleeping areas, and the view is incredible. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony or the beach. And the beach is so peaceful - not crowded at all, and so clean. We didn’t use the pool (brrrrr!), but other people were! I appreciated all of the extra amenities (like beach chairs and sand toys). Kitchen is still in need of updating, but very functional the way it is! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect location

Our stay was very enjoyable and the condo was the perfect size for our party of 5. The beach was so close and that made it very convenient. The only con was the beach and pool access, a key was required to get in and OUT of the pool and on and off the beach. With 5 people, we constantly struggled with management of this one key. At least be able to leave the pool without a key and use the restrooms there. Maybe install locks with codes so it’s easy for everyone. When we arrived, the pool/beach key was missing, but they were very quick to send over maintenance to fix this issue. Otherwise, the unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Amazing Location!

This place was fantastic. Right on the beach. Watched dolphins offshore almost every day. Many great restaurants nearby. The space was perfect for two couples. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we had a good stay. Pros: (1) Great location. Right on a beautiful beach. (2) Comfortable, Large, Well Decorated - Attractive if you don't look too close. Large balcony with amazing views, perfect for a morning coffee/tea while watching the dolphins or evening drink w/ sunset. Cons: (1) Cleanliness is Wanting. Sometimes not done at all. See notes below. (2) Maintenance. The unit has obviously been renovated, but still needs a lot of TLC. Master bdrm closet doors constantly in the way. Constantly. (3) No Entry Light makes entry very difficult w/ unlit keypad. Be prepared to juggle your phone/flashlight and stuff while typing in code. The hassle is real. (4) No Room Safe. (5) THE BIGGEST ISSUE: Cleanliness. Hair clogged drains, hair in tubs, bed linens NOT changed, coffee makers caked in old grounds (we cleaned them!), dust, and don't look in the cupboards. Water filter in fridge changed?? Beach chairs unusable (for us). They did promptly respond when called and changed the bed linens. Paid several hundred dollars for cleaning that isn't being done, plus bought cleaner and lost time on cleaning. Manager's response was to offer a nominal discount on a future stay. :-(
