Other things to note
This property operates using a septic system like most other cottages. While it is designed to accommodate your friends and loved ones, care must be taken not to overload the septic system. Excessive use of running water, showers, laundry, dishwasher as well as improper objects flushed down the toilets can cause overload to the septic system, making the cottage immediately unusable, and require a company to be dispatched immediately to resolve this situation.

Our family of 8 adults stayed 3 nights at this property over the Christmas week. The property has lovely cottage charm and exactly as pictured, wonderful lake view! It was sparkly clean upon arrival, kitchen well stocked for use. The room with the working fireplace is a 3 season room, chilly in the winter, though we had several fires in there and enjoyed its vibe. Owners Avery & William were very responsive to communication and helpful at all times. We had power outage while we were there and they were helpful from start to finish - we very much appreciate this! We would not hesitate to rent this accommodation again.
The area and cottage are beautiful. Everyone had something to do and plenty of space to enjoy! The owner was very kind and attentive to all our questions.

Avery & William
This so called cottage is a home for discerning tastes. The owners, Avery and a William, have done an outstanding job creating a top notch environment and property where you will never want to leave. That’s how our family felt on departure day.
The home is immaculately designed…there is nothing left to chance. Every nook and cranny of this spacious home is beautifully brought to life with tasteful decor, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The property is open and sprawling, sprinkled with colourful and bountiful gardens throughout. It was pure paradise.
We spent most of our days sitting perched up on the back deck, inhaling the beauty around us - watching the boaters and paddle boarders dot the tranquil waters, bald eagles swooping by, ducks and geese leisurely wading along the lake’s edge, while listening to the calls of nature, including the sweet chants of the neighbourhood loons. It was everything we imagined and more.
Thank you Avery and William for your gracious hospitality and for opening your beautiful home to us. We are already looking forward to our return visit in the fall.
