Maison à sorede

Accueil chaleureux par Bernard et Colette qui nous ont tout expliqué en détails . Grande maison ancienne qui est dans son jus mais autonome avec de une grnade piece à vivre et tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances sereinement. Elle dispose d'une grande terrasse denant sur un grand jardin qui permet de faire des repas en famille ou amis et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour se detendre. Certes la maison ne dispose pas de climatisation mais en aerant la nuit et en fermant la journée cela reste tout à fait supportable sachant qu'il y a des ventilateurs dans chaque pièces. La plage se trouve à 15km en voiture environs 17 min et la jonquera à une trentaine de minutes. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, nous remercions les propriétaires ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Un bel endroit

Grande maison ancienne ayant une âme mais avec aussi quelques petits inconvénients : escaliers un peu raides, parquet qui crisse. Très bien située, restos et commerces de proximité . Plages et montagne à proximité également. Les habitants de Sorède sont très accueillants. J'ai beaucoup aimé ce séjour.

Gut ausgestattete Küche, verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten (Garten, Terrasse, Esszimmer), großer Garten mit sehr schönem Blick auf die Bergkette Alberes. Unkomplizierte Einrichtung der Schlafräume- gut für Kinder geeignet. Nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Une belle résidence secondaire!

Grande maison catalane, très spacieuse , parfaitement adaptée pour notre regroupement familial (8 personnes) et très agréable à vivre. Literie excellente et équipement général suffisant. La chaleur seule a rendu les nuits un peu difficiles pour les occupants des chambres situées à l’étage, malgré les ventilateurs modernes présents dans chaque pièce. Séjour positif dans l’ensemble, auquel ont contribué des hôtes sympathiques et disponibles.

Vaste maison ancienne à étage.

La surface d'accueil est importante dans cette vielle maison typique de la région. L'équipement est suffisant. Cette demeure gagnerait en confort si elle était équipée de la climatisation à l'étage dans les chambres (canicule) et que le terrain était mieux entretenu car on hésite à laisser les enfants jouer seuls dans le jardin alors qu'ils pourraient bénéficier de la présence des jeux mis à disposition. L'ensemble reste cependant une prestation de qualité et appréciable pour l'accueil d'une famille nombreuse ou famille élargie! Les activités pour les enfants sont nombreuses et à proximité. Nice place in a pretty location

We stayed here for three weeks. This house was our base for our vacation on the beach and to explore the coast and mountains of south-east France. The house is really spacious and well-equipped. It seems to be a typical building for these old mountain villages and we enjoyed that flair a lot. Beds are comfortable and thanks to ventilators in every room, hot summer nights are doable. The village Sorède is a nice place and by car you can reach a variety of beaches within 20-30 minutes. There are some restaurants within walking distance and a large supermarket is less than 10 minutes away by car.

Au calme mais manque de confort

Loué en Aout pour 6 adultes et 3 enfants. Le village est calme et aucune nuisance sonore n'a été relevée. Les voisins sont invisibles et le parking donne directement sur le jardin, pas de problème de places pour nos 2 voitures. La maison présente de nombreux escaliers. Point positifs: Village agréable avec restaurant et commerces (boulangerie) à cotés, Bonne localisation, randonnées à proximités, les plages sont accessibles en moins de 30 min par de grands axes, Maison jolie et atypique, Terrain agréable avec de belles figues à manger ! Tout est disponible comme à la maison (verrerie, lessive, poêle, BBQ, charbon, film alimentaire, glaçon...), Balançoire très apprécié des enfants. Points négatifs: Maison bruyante (étage avec parquet bruyant, lits, fenêtres et portes grincent et certaines ne se fermes pas complètement), Les chambres à l'étage sont chaudes (impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit à cause des moustiques) et ventilateurs sur pieds bruyants, Equipement extérieur à revoir (hamac vieux et usé, une des deux tables extérieur en bois non entretenue et colonisée par les insectes, chaises dépareillées et peu confortables, absence de chaises longues ou mobilier pour profiter de l'extérieur), Ventilation dans les sanitaires à améliorer...

Charmant und praktisch in schöner Lage

Das Haus und die Außenbereiche entsprachen voll unseren Erwartungen. Stilvolle Einrichtung, kühl durch dicke Wände, ausreichendes Mobiliar, gute Küchenausstattung, Spiel und Ruhe im Garten. Sehr naher Dorfplatz mit Metzger, Gemüseladen, Bar und Bäcker sowie 2 Restaurants machte die Wege angenehm kurz. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist dann aber zu dicht am Geschehen dran. Umgebung wunderschön, in 20 min Autofahrzeit ist alles da: Strand, Berge, Badegumpen im Bergbach, Supermärkte und regionale Anbieter von Oliven, Mandeln, Wein etc.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Wir haben die Terrasse und den Garten genossen. Die Matratzen waren alle sehr bequem. In 2 zwei wäre eine Kleiderstange noch toll gewesen. Küchengeräte funktionierten alle. In Sorède gibt es alles, was man braucht. Von dort haben wir Wanderungen gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (8 adultes et 1 bébé) dans cette grande et confortable maison typique et pleine de charme. C'est une vraie demeure familiale qui permet également à chacun de garder son intimité. Le village est agréable, la région magnifique et les propriétaires sympathiques. Une destination à découvrir.

A pleasant house in a nice and calm village

We stayed one week in this charming house, six adults and three children. The large and enclosed garden suited its purpose as a place for the kids to explore and get rid of some energy. Being nine persons, we appreciated that both the indoor dining room table and the outdoor terrace table were large enough to accomodate us all. The kitchen is small but correctly equipped, so cooking for our little crowd worked well. The photos and the description at the Abritel site give a very good impression of the house. There is lighted car parking just outside the garden gate - which is very practical. The hosts are charming and welcoming - it was a real pleasure to be dealing with them!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour a sorede ,la maison catalane est agréable,les piéces sont spacieuses et correctement équipées ,la terrasse est sympa qui donne sur un grand parc ombragée avec des arbres fruitiers qui a notre grand regret n'étaient pas en production . Le propriétaire est également sympathique.

Schönes Familiendomizil

Wunderschönes zentral und doch ruhig in Sorede gelegenes Kleinod. Wir haben das Haus mit 2 Familien und 2 kleinen Kindern gemietet und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Auch für kleine Kinder geeignet ausgestattet (z.B. An Treppengitter wurde gedacht, 1Kinderstuhl vorhanden), großer Garten zum toben mit Kinderschaukel, mit Weinstöcken und Feigenbäumen zum selbst ernten, großartiger Blick auf die Berge...kleiner Wermutstropfen: das Nachbarhaus wurde an einigen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes lautstark renovier. Dennoch: Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten wieder hinfahren.
