The Space:

Silly Creek Cottage is a 93 sqm (1,001 sq ft) waterfront retreat, ideal for a small family, a group of friends, or couples seeking a peaceful tropical escape in Turks and Caicos. Perfectly positioned between the ocean and the tranquil lagoons of Chalk Sound National Park, the property offers sweeping views in both directions and a true sense of immersion in nature.



Whether you’re drawn to outdoor adventure or simply looking to slow down and unwind, this setting delivers a rare combination of privacy, scenery, and calm.



The Cottage

The cottage features a bright and inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and large windows framing views of the ocean and the Silly Creek peninsula. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, movies, and a home theater system makes it a relaxing space to enjoy quiet moments indoors.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and essentials needed to prepare meals at home.

A stylish dining table set by the window comfortably seats four, creating a pleasant spot for shared meals, while the breakfast bar with two stools is perfect for quick bites, keeping the cook company, or working on a laptop if needed.



Sleeping & Outdoor Living

• The bedroom features a king-size bed with quality linens and plush pillows, and opens directly onto the terrace. From here, you can enjoy uninterrupted lagoon views, relax on cushioned sun loungers, or sit at the outdoor table and take in the surroundings. For additional guests, the living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.



A path from the cottage leads down to the water’s edge, where you’ll find:

- A private outdoor shower.

- A small shipwreck-style deck.

- Sun loungers and a tiny beach area.



While the water here is too shallow for swimming, it’s perfect for enjoying the scenery and sounds of nature. Kayaks and a paddleboard are available on the side of the home, allowing you to explore nearby secluded beaches and lagoons by water. (Please note: the small beach area may disappear at high tide.)

Getting Around:

The home is 9.9 km | 6.2 mi from Providenciales International Airport (PLS).

Guests have free parking on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the unit! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- This area of Chalk Sound is just a bit off the beaten path, located in a peaceful national park. You’ll need to drive to get to stores, restaurants, and attractions on the island.

- Pets are not allowed.



Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.



Interaction with Guests:

The property is self-check-in using a key. We will provide check-in information before your arrival.
