The property was perfect for our family of four. The hosts were accommodation, the location is great and overall wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location. Clean. Community amenities were wonderful. This was like staying at a resort campground in a very clean and comfortable cabin. We will definitely be back.
Clean, comfortable lodging for a vacation. Well appointed furnishings and comfortable bedding. The temperature was too warm for skiing, but the opportunity for hiking was plentiful and the property was conveniently located for those recreational activities. All – in - all, a very peaceful and relaxing location for a five day and four night stay. We would stay there again.
The cabin was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness was exceptional and everything we needed for a short stay was there. Close to Grandfather Mt. and more. We plan to book it again.
This house is updated and very clean. It has a nice screened in porch and air conditioning which is not available in many of the Land Harbor cottages. We enjoyed be close to Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and great hiking trails. The owners and property manager responded immediately when we had a request. Great stay!
This is a quiet area nestled in the NC mountains with lots of walking trails, pickle ball courts, shuttle board, bocce ball, table tennis, etc. Unfortunately we were not there during Memorial Day and Labor Day when the pool and other lake activities were available. We were able to relax, have enjoyable, affordable meals inside and around the cabin area.
The Black Pine cottage was everything I wanted for a getaway in Linville Land Harbor. I could move in tomorrow and stay for a month!! It was a perfect stay. It was so close to my friends cottage and all the activities in the area. I plan to return ASAP. Thank you.

Very clean little cabin. Tv was easy to work, comforable climate. Couches were not comfortable and could use extra chair in living area. Water pressure was good. Need more games in house. Not that great of location as nearest grocery store was 7 miles away and that is 7 mountain miles. Dollar general nearby though. Italian restaurant right close by but so busy.community had no ammenties mentioned; pool closed, rec center had no games. Not much to do except walks.Quiet community though but Barking dog behind us.
Very nice, well kept property. Very clean, like new. Perfect for us. Air conditioning came in handy as it’s gotten quite hot this summer. Only thing missing is a dishwasher if you have a larger group or eat in a lot. Also has a small dining area. We’ll provided with everything we needed in a nice community.

Nice house, small roads
Not a bad 2/2. Back screened porch. Nice cool weather while we were there.
The roads are essentially single lanes. The driveway isn't a bad size, but hard to access because of the small approach road.
The master bed was worn and uncomfortable.
No dishwasher.
Washer and dryer and nice. Good appliances and overall not a bad house.
Enjoyed our trip.
House is close to the Parkway.
