Property was exactly what we needed for our stay in Bellemont. We were in town for a family wedding and the location of the home was perfect! It was clean and full of much needed amenities. 5 out of 5 stars!
We fell in love with the interior and design of the home. The location is great if you’re visiting Flagstaff/Williams/Grand Canyon. It is right off the freeway so you do get some road noise but it’s not bad. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.
We booked this house as a home base for hunting (kind of sort of us, I know) and it was great. The house was newer and they allowed us to park in the garage which helped reduce snow removal from cars.
The kitchen was well equipped so that we could prepare our meals. The tvs had numerous subscriptions for streaming.
The check out process was pretty simple also, which isn’t always the case when staying with Vrbo. We will use it again for sure.
The house itself was a true oasis, meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed. The spacious, open-concept living area was furnished with a perfect blend of modern and rustic elements. Large windows allowed for ample natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen was a delight for anyone who loves to cook. It featured top-notch appliances, a generous amount of counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. We often found ourselves preparing meals and dining at the large farmhouse-style table.
The bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering a welcome respite after a day of exploration. The clean and modern bathrooms provided all the amenities we needed, and the hot showers were especially welcome after outdoor adventures.
The only negative was the highway noise just out back and the constant sound of trains moving through all night long.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Extremely beautiful home
House was absolutely beautiful, clean, and cozy. Neighborhood is on the remote side, nothing out there but a truck stop and McDonald's but all is within a 12 minute drive, plus listing read in Bellemont so that's on the renter to do their home work. No problems with the house at all. Communication is the only downside. No response from management company, it diverts you to the owner. Owner not responsive for days on end. We left an article at the house and immediately contacted management and owner. No response from management. Owner eventually responded with an agreement to send the left behind article. We will see if owner holds true to their word.
