Host book the reservation at Westgate lakes for us. Apparently something got screwed up and he decided of two reservations. Westgate originally had us checking out at 8:00 a.m. and coming back at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday to get a new room. Fortunately they were able to help us. I reached out to the host to ask what happened and he never responded. In addition, the room that is pictured is not what we got. In addition, the room was dirty, we had blood on curtains, there was a whole in the wall stuffed with paper towels. This was the worst host experience and location we've ever stayed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great Location

After a day in the parks, having a place that’s close by to drive to is the best. Staying here is much more affordable than on-site at the resorts and we had a beautiful room with a HUGE screened in balcony. It was great!

A great property, really close to attractions

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and loved everything about it. Mostly, it was convenient to attractions, a great room, and had a convenient theme park shuttle. I can't really comment on ANY of the amenities of the resort, since we didn't use them. The room is clean, spacious, and had a great view of the lake.

Clean property with many amenities. Close to parks. Would stay again!

We chose this place because it was close to both Universal and Disney parks. The resort is very clean and well attended to. Our trip to Florida was disrupted due to Hurricane Ian and we felt very safe at the property and could tell they were prepared for situations of that nature. We are going to try to complete our Disney trip again later this year and we will try to stay at this Resort again.
