Welcome to our exquisite six-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat, heated pool + spa, a haven designed for unforgettable family getaways and large group gatherings. The moment you step into this elegant home, the blend of charm and comfort will enchant you.

The ground floor beckons with a generously appointed living room, ideal for gatherings, and a fully equipped open kitchen where you can effortlessly prepare delightful meals. Two cozy bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized bed and one with an ensuite bathroom, are conveniently located on this level, ensuring comfort and convenience.

As you ascend to the second floor, a realm of enchantment unfolds. The upstairs bedrooms offer a variety of experiences: a delightful Twin bunk room, a regal Full-sized room, a comfortable Queen-sized room, and a refreshing room with 2 Twin beds.A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Enjoy the private swimming pool with spa out on the patio and grill poolside with family or friends. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $60 for pool heat.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Restrictions apply please contact our team for further details.

Florida Vacation

Overall this property was amazing! Our family enjoyed the game room and the spacious floorplan. Housekeeping neglected to clean the bathroom closest to the pool, however the rest of our stay was wonderful! Will book again!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay! The home was gorgeous and close enough to the parks (about 30 mins with traffic). The only thing I wish we had more of was household essentials. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked but aside from that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful. The rooms were so nice and roomy. Lots of stuff in the home to keep the kids and adults entertained. Would definitely rent the same house if it was available. We also enjoyed the many amenities that were available.

Family vacation

Great house for family to stay at. Very spacious and lots of room to spread out. The games toom was a hit and the backyard with pool was amazing. We spent lots of time swimming. Walked to splash pad and drove a short distance to Oasis Club where the whole family enjoyed the lazy river and more splash pad fun. Very enjoyable week!

Great vacation stay with no complaints!

We were really pleased with our stay in Orlando! The house was new, clean, large, and beautiful! Pool was warm and clean and fun for everyone. We used the pool at the resort as well and loved it. Great communication with the property manager and overall no issues. We would definitely stay here again and loved that it was in close proximity to everything Orlando. Perfect house for a large family or group of people!

We had a great stay at this house in Championsgate. House was clean, communication was fast, and everything was as advertised. The house could benefit from some additional household staples like garbage bags, toilet paper, mixing bowls, plastic cups for the pool, etc but overall we had a great family vacation!

house was wonderful overall. We hit some troubles with the wifi connection and the fridge shutting off on its own but the owners property manager was very quick to handle any issues we had.

Amazing rental for large family.

We were able to house our family of 5 and grandparents under one roof. The house was spacious and well laid out just make sure you bring your own kitchen utensils. We had to go and but oven mits, a can opener, baking sheets and plastic cups for around the pool. The pool and hot-tub worked perfectly and when we contacted the host for anything we heard back within the hour. Thanks for the great memories we hope to be back again in the near future.

The house is very nice but unfortunately there was a glitch in the system that apparently showed us an inaccurate description of the property.. the management team did agree to compensate us for the misunderstanding, although I still haven’t received it

Vacation stay

We started off good until we tried the pool, wasn’t heated, paid for heat but after several calls, ect. Was told that it didn’t work. I have 3 kids, 6,9,15. My 9 year old only wanted to go swimming so we brought floaties, goggles, ect. To ensure she had a blast. Water was freezing. I sent emails, called, ect. Just wanted heat or another house to give my daughter a great vacation. On the 3rd day a hostess stopped by to check on our stay, I informed her of the issues and she was apologetic, got the heat fixed and didn’t charge us for the heat cost and gave us a late check out.

Amazing Weakened

I stayed at this lovely property last month from August 24th to the 27th with my family what an amazing home. From the moment booked then home till the last day I was treated and greeted with such kindness and it continued throughout my stay. The home was very clean, smell good and look exactly like it did on the website, the are very comfortable my mother didn't complain at all and she is very particular about the bed she sleeps on, the customer service representative staff were exceptional!!! they really went out of their way to make sure when ever I sent a massage or call that my issue was taking care off. Hands down IHM has one of the best vacation home customer/hospitality department so far, I love the fact that I requested a late check out and they accommodated it with a small fee of course, suffice to say our stay was amazing from start to finish, I give it a 5 star all around, my family and I will definitely return for another visit next summer for a longer time. Thank you IHM hospitality team.

Family vacation

Property is beautiful and well decorated. Beds are comfortable and the clubhouse is one of the best ice been to. Now the negative... the internet is non existent,i couldn't stream a movie or play any music that required wifi and no couldn't even watch tv upstairs.you can get any phone reception unless you search for it. There is no cleaning supplies except a small bottle of dishwashing soap. No sponge, No mop, and only a hand broom. We paid for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated and it they both stayed luke warm. The worst part is that i could only use both during the day because the lights in the pool did not work so it was super dark outside to let my kids out after the sun went down. Management and company did try to compensate with a late check out but tbh we had like 4 different people just walk in on us throughout the day WITHOUT knocking or anything so it kinda felt like we had to get out anyway. Overall it was ok. Not what i expected i won't spend the kind of money i spent again at this property

July Family Vacation

We have a family of 7, and drove from WI. As soon as we walked in the smoke alarm was beeping on a 10 foot ceiling(that I had to disconnect because no one was available), the Xbox one had no controllers, air hockey table had a cut cord, the one bedroom unusable for our son because it’s hard to sleep when there is a light that is impossible to turn off., pool queue that was broken in half but set together to make it look like it was fine, dirty floors, missing light bulbs from lamps, stained sheets, key pad that only worked 80% of the time, the pool area for the community that was shut down for repairs, had salt and pepper shakers along with soap dispensers that were for decoration only as they contained no salt, pepper or soap, no pizza pans, no pizza cutter, no oven mitts, dirty walls, dirty floors (we know this because we found stuff under the couches and beds that were not ours, including 63 cents. Management did send someone over with an Xbox controller, replaced batteries in the key pad which made it worse and locked us out, and made me hang up the smoke alarm because the employee didn’t have a ladder. They explained the oasis club as well which was not the water park area close to us. For the money spent vs what we expected was not close to what was advertised and we did have fun but could have been a lot better with a little effort on their part. They didn’t really resolve the issues as they will claim they did.

Beautiful Property Horrible Property Management

I really wish that I could give this property 5 stars because it really is a beautiful property in a great location. The property management company themselves were horrible. Let’s start off with the housekeeping. The themed room with the records on the wall was filthy. One of the double beds were completely broken when we checked in, like very obvious lopsided and the housekeeper made the bed up as if it was useable. Then to make it worse the comforters (which are white) have disgusting and also obvious stains on both of them. They clearly hadn’t been washed prior to our stay, even though there is a washer and dryer on the property. To make matters even worse my sister goes to get in the ONE good bed that is available and she opens it up to find a woman’s press on nail, right there in the made up bed. It was unbelievable. How do you make up a dirty bed? We called the property manager and was told that they would be calling “maintenance” to fix the bed and to our surprise “maintenance” never came, despite me calling multiple times. No one ever even followed up with me at all. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we checked in and it took me contacting VRBO customer service to get someone on the phone to help me. For that issue they made ME troubleshoot their modem. The listing promised two towels per room but that was not the case. They also promised a water park but failed to explain that the water park that’s in the complex is not even open yet. The pool was heated in June 😒
