PENTHOUSE LEVEL – LARGEST 3 BEDROOM ON THE BOARDWALK

Open the door and step into this delightful summer getaway. This penthouse level unit is one of the largest 3 bedroom condos on the boardwalk. You are just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Park your vehicle in your reserved space and forget about it for the rest of your trip.

This home has been recently refreshed with new leather furniture in the living room and fresh paint throughout, giving the entire space a clean, updated, and inviting feel.

Wake up in the morning, brew coffee in the Keurig, and enjoy the sunrise from your private extended balcony. Make breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or head down to the boardwalk for a quick bite before the beach.

After a stress free day of relaxing, return to the 5th floor unit and enjoy a night in. Unwind on one of the two balconies, eat dinner at the large dining table, turn on the fireplace, and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.

At the end of the day, retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed and a spa like bathroom with a soaking tub. The second master suite offers a king bed, large closet, and attached bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The third bedroom includes two queen beds, a private balcony with bay views, an attached bathroom with a large walk in shower, and a private toilet room. A twin foam mattress is available and suitable for children only.

Stunning condo in the heart of Ocean City! I have been vacationing in Ocean City since I was little (30 years) and this was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Checking in and checkng out were seamless. Wonder experience overall. Strongly recommend this property!!

rooms were big with lots of space, the only problems we had was we took out elderly parents in their 80's and we were on the 5th floor and elevator broke and they weren't able to go to beach or leave the room until it was fixed. As they weren't going to be able to go down and climb 5 flight of stairs. Gave us the wrong code for the stairs and with the elevator broke we were locked out for about 40 minutes until we got somebodys attention to come open door.

It was amazing my family loved the place the view was beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset the pool was great. We loved how close it was to the boardwalk and was easy to walk wherever we wanted

Awesome Beach Condo!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated and furnished condo right on the boardwalk. With breathtaking sunrises right on the balcony, to the convenience of just walking right out onto the boardwalk, we really enjoyed this spacious, clean condo with lots of amenities. I highly recommend this place for families and great memories.

Absolutely fantastic unit with an unbeatable view and location. We paid premium pricing for the Ocean’s Calling music festival, and I have to admit that it was so worth it to have a walkable, parkable place - especially when it poured one of the days of the festival and our family and friend group had a cost place to retreat to. Cannot imagine how miserable it would have been to queue up to catch a parking shuttle while soaking wet. I am a cook and it was my husband’s 65th. I needlessly packed in every kitchen extra and implement I could think of, from tools to boards and even skillet and large saucepan, and I was blown away to find the most completely stocked kitchen I have ever found in a rental. We had an amazing time. The beds were all super comfortable and the showers and large tub were quite good.

Perfect location on the boardwalk between 6th & 7th streets. Walkable to everything and beach entrance is right out front. Extremely spacious, very clean, thoroughly stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Pics are accurate. Huge ocean-facing balcony and small rear balcony too. Questions I had were answered quickly. 2 off-street parking spots which is hard to come by. We would have liked bed linens & towels included, especially considering this is a higher end property, but glad that they are available if needed (for a fee). Also annoying that there were 2 different lobby codes & 2 different stairway codes given to us. There was a check-in email with one set of numbers, and an email attachment with different numbers. Luckily 1 of each worked, but it seems like it's becoming a given that something will be inaccurate or unclear with check-in info lately. Who is proofreading these things?
